I am so thankful for New Faith Learning Center! The teachers are incredibly caring and truly go above and beyond to support my son. He has sensory challenges, and they make thoughtful accommodations that help him feel safe, understood, and comfortable. Since starting here, i have seen amazing progress—he’s using more sentences and communicating so much more. Most of all, he’s excited to go to school every day, which speaks volumes. It’s such a warm, supportive environment, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention he receives. Thank you!!!! Nickie
My kids have been going here for 6 years and it is nothing short of AMAZING! They are here year round, summer camp too!! The waiting list may be long but please be patient and have Faith, you will not be disappointed. As a mom with anxiety, it all went away here. This is literally home away from home for my girls. I can leave my them here and they are happy and so is mommy. Beautiful, kind- hearted owners and staff, thank you New Faith Early Learning Academy! Please visit the church while you’re at it! Whew!!
My family has been in the area for two years. My husband and I were looking for somewhere to send our daughters (who had never been in a facility before). New Faith was one of the childcare facilities that came highly recommended in the group Mcdonough Moms. Being the helicopter parent that I am, I definitely visited every single facility that had availability. What I can say is that there was NOWHERE that came close to the cleanliness of New Faith. The kids wash their hands as soon as they reach the door. (Needless to say, handwashing is the first step in prevention) Also, when I called New Faith, I was greeted with a warm and friendly voice. This warm and friendly voice was the director... and she is literally the same every single time I have called. She was very patient with me and the plethora of questions I had. No matter how miniscule any minor inconvenience or issue I have had has been handled diligently and with kindness. Regarding safety, all of the doors stay locked. There is a code needed to enter. Nonetheless, I felt that my children were/are safe here. In regards to staff, everyone is friendly and upbeat. There has never been a time where I have entered and wasn't greeted. I have even popped up on random occasions to see if it would be the same. It definitely was. Childcare is not an easy feat so the employees here deserve their flowers. They speak kindly regardless of what is going on in their lives and/or how they may be feeling. Communication at this facility is done via procare and face to face of course. I'm updated daily as to what my children are doing. Another plus is that my children have actually learned while being here. Instead of "babysitting" or letting the children run wild, they are in a structured and nurturing environment. An added bonus is that New Faith is QUALITY rated. We literally drive 30 minutes one way and pass at least 7 facilities on our way here. My daughters love New Faith and everyone at New Faith loves them. They are family at this point.
Love Ms Deshae and Lady Phelps and the staff is full of amazing young women. Thank you for taking care of all 3 of my boys even though my oldest has aged out , he still remembers his pre-K teacher ❤️
I love this school for my son. We tried for months to get him here because we’d heard so many good things. He’s been here a few weeks and I can see a lot of change. He seems to have a genuine attachment to his teachers, and you can tell they treat him really well. He’s started counting more, saying his abcs, and his routine is much more structured. I can tell they are teaching him new skill sets and he’s not just being “watched”. Everyone communicates well and you can feel the love of God there. I’m happy I found them.
