What Parents Say
New Era Enrichment Academy LLC is highly rated by parents who praise the caring staff, individualized attention, and bilingual curriculum. Parents consistently report their children are happy, safe, and thriving academically and socially at the center.
When I first returned to work after having my son, he had a difficult time adjusting to a daycare setting. We tried several other daycares before ultimately enrolling him at New Era — one of the best decisions we've ever made for him! The staff truly cares about the children, and it shows in the way every child happily skips through the front door at drop-off each morning. They’ve taken the time to understand my son's personality and recognize his behavioral triggers. At one point, the staff even went out of their way to purchase little prizes tailored to his interests to encourage his potty-training journey. It meant the world to us and truly made us feel like the teachers were working alongside us as a team to support our son’s growth and development. New Era Enrichment Academy has become a second home for our son. Since enrolling, he has been thriving both socially and academically. We love NEEA and would recommend it to any parent looking for a warm, caring, home-away-from-home experience for their child.
We love New Era! We found this gem of a daycare/school through word of mouth but it is everything we needed and more. Our children get a bilingual experience which is very important to us as polyglot parents. The staff is caring, friendly, flexible and professional. We get App updates with our children's learning progress and daily reports. 5 stars, for sure.
New Era is like our child's second home. It is hard to describe the value of finding a daycare that provides literally everything you could ask for, and then some. The owner, director, and all of the staff are friendly and professional, and give attention to each child's individual needs while fostering healthy social relationships among the students and teachers. When we chose this daycare, the selling points were the dual language curriculum and the emphasis on outdoor learning, and those elements have proven to be so beneficial. We feel confident dropping her off everyday that she will be safe, cared for, and loved. New Era has also been amazing during the pandemic over the last year, quickly adapting to every situation and putting the safety of all families first. We cannot express how much we appreciate this school and we are so lucky to have found this gem!
I feel so fortunate everyday when dropping my two girls off to daycare. After my first daughter was born my husband and I looked at MANY daycare's and this was without a doubt the winner in our opinion. The owner is extremely hands on, the manager is thoughtful, knowledgeable and kind. All of the teachers we have had have been truly wonderful. My daughters are happy to go in everyday and have learned so much. The facilities are great, the projects they work on are amazing and so creative. The beautiful outdoor space was a big selling point for us...not to mention the cleanliness and organization of the whole school. My girls have been attending for almost 3 years and we couldn't be happier. I can not recommend this daycare highly enough, we love it!!
I can’t believe that this dream learning center exists in Rhode Island. I searched far and wide for a dual language program to ensure my child kept pace with her peers in the Boston and NY metro areas. What I found was this wonderful center that surpassed any other I explored in terms of curriculum and early learning. Not only does my child speak two languages, but she’s following a rigorous curriculum (that she thinks is fun) and is being prepared for kindergarten. Just this week she learned the geography of South America and she pointed out details on the Dominican Republic flag. Last week she recognized Bolivia in a book and used scissors. She’s 2. We love to see her run to hug her teachers (who are top notch educators not “child care workers.” (We’ve seen the center’s very thorough teacher vetting process and we are thrilled). The staff communicate daily - and everyone in the building knows who my child is (and we) are. My daughter thinks she’s a celebrity when she arrives. :-). I love the focus on learning and the ever learning present tone of safety and professionalism. When I visited I was sold when I saw the administrators outside running a safety drill. They are proactive, always aware - and I feel like my child is with family. I’m so lucky that someone recommended this hidden gem. I don’t worry about preschool or two- three day programs as we get everything at New Era (even gymnastics). I can’t say enough that’s positive about this place. If you want top notch learning that’s better than your district or nearby center, certainly go here.
