New Covenant Day Care Center

This place is very unprofessional!!! The staff is disrespectful, the director never takes accountability and neglects children!!!! It’s very shameful that this establishment only cares about the money then your children. Reviews don’t lie and hopefully anyone reading this takes this review in to consideration!!! Your child deserves to go to an establishment where they’re accepted and actually enjoy teaching young children not just pushing certain children aside!!!

My previous comment was recently deleted. I previously commented on this daycare in early 2020 when my son was enrolled at this establishment. If there was a way to give negative stars I would. This daycare is poorly managed and unprofessional. My son who was One at the time came home with three scratches on his forehead. The scratches were visible and looked as if he was bleeding. Two separate incidents prior I asked about my son having a bruise on his cheek. I asked and NO ONE had an answer for me. My son having scratches was the third incident. I reached out to the director via call and text. She eventually stopped responding to my text. I kept calling to speak to the owner of the daycare. She never called me back. After several failed attempts I left work, went to the daycare and refused to leave until someone gave me answers on my why my son was hurt and no one knows what happened. The owner did not come! However she called the daycare and asked to speak to me. She said that she asked all employees and NO ONE knew what happened. Which raises the question, who was supervising my son? She was apologetic however when I asked to view the cameras she informed me they did not work. My husband and I would have never chose the daycare if they were truthful about cameras not working. During our walk through, we were advised they worked. Two years later, I still do not know what happened to my son. I will NOT be silenced because other families need to know if you choose to have your child at this daycare that I do not recommend please make sure you aware if your child is being cared for.

I’ve been taking my baby to this daycare for a few months now and I’m very thankful I found this place. The staff is very friendly and easygoing. This is a very safe and loving daycare and I would recommend it to anyone.

My son enjoys being there and he loves his teachers and friends. The best place to be.

Just stop by to get chairs they had sitting outside. Went up to ask if they were free and the lady there was polite and said their free to take them.
