Please do research before sending your child to this school. there is clearly a high turn over rate with employees and it shows. My daughter attended this school since she was 10 weeks old and I had no issues. As she moved classes, there has been an issue it seems like every week. My child continues to get bit or things thrown at her. I would be shown the videos and my daughter did nothing to provoke these other children. The staff will apologize and will continue to say they will monitor but yet it continues to happen. They also DO NOT kick children out for their repeated behavior. They say they do but clearly they could care less about the students well being and collect the money each week. I understand it’s a daycare and kids will act out but it shouldn’t be this much. There’s new teachers in the school every week. It’s crazy how much they charge with the lack of supervision they have over these children. I have had others pick up my child for me and my family has noticed other teachers even being rough with the kids. When trying to speak to the owner of the daycare she kept referring to the director. It was quite disappointing that the owner couldn’t even discuss the issues happening in her own daycare. When speaking with the director, she stated, “well if you feel your child is unsafe why did you bring her back?” Completely unprofessional. They don’t care about the well being of your kids so be careful.
I am utterly outraged by my experience with this daycare. Alicia may have apologized, but the damage was done, and what happened was absolutely unacceptable. If your child doesn’t speak yet, is a picky eater, or isn’t fully eating solids, do NOT send them here! The whole ordeal with the payment was just the tip of the iceberg—only then did we find out that our kids are "very hard to deal with," and that staff was quitting because of them. How dare they keep that from us beforehand? How are they so incapable of managing children if we're paying $320 a week for "qualified teachers"? If they truly were qualified, they wouldn’t be struggling with my two little ones. There was one teacher I genuinely appreciated—maybe she’s the nana, I’m not sure—but she tried her best with my son, and I truly thank her. Everyone else? I couldn’t care less about. They might write responses defending themselves and claiming all sorts of things about my kids. The staff showed zero patience, and when they decided they couldn’t handle it, they wanted to kick my kids out—thinking they’d stay until Friday? No way! I pulled them out immediately, with no regrets at all. My son had scratches on his chest—scratches that were never there when I was watching him myself. And after hearing what they said about my children being difficult because they can't speak yet, I honestly believe any incident reports were just an excuse to get rid of them. The fact that previous workers have left horrible reviews on Indeed speaks volumes—do your research before trusting this place with your babies. The most infuriating part is—they knew how they truly felt all along but still kept taking our money. That’s disgusting. Edited: I did not leave reviews under 3 different accounts I shared my experience and other family members left reviews please don’t get slick. And you’re a liar you did not document NOR TELL me when my son had an incident report only my daughter
Please refrain from bringing your children here. The staff has demonstrated a lack of professionalism and compassion towards the children in their care. My nephew returned home with scratches, and no incident report was provided. Additionally, the photos sent of my niece often appeared to show her in a timeout, which raises concerns. Since my niece and nephew are unable to communicate their experiences, it is difficult to assess their well-being. After raising a concern, my sister was finally informed that they aren't capable of caring for my niece and nephew, yet they continued to collect payment weekly. I encourage you to carefully consider whether this is the right place for your children. I’m her sister my niece and nephew attended your horrible school!! If anyone is making multiple accounts it’s you guys it’s no way you have 5 stars for the terrible services you claim you provide. This place is disgusting I wish I could’ve gave you 0 stars. Also it’s no reason to call you, the review is what you deserved. Have a blessed day.
Well i guess this will be the 4th acct made!! This place was HORRIBLE for my grankids!! They knew the first day they DID NOT have the skills or EXPERIENCED teachers to care for my grandkids..but instead of being profesional and telling my daughter that they could not they went ahead and enrolled them anyways..assuring my daughter that they could and continued to accept payment!! What angers me the most is that once pymnt became the "issue" then and only then was my daughter made aware of them now being unable to provide the services needed..now they dont have the skills..now they are losing staff because of MY GRANDKIDS which are 2 n 3 years old..every picture that we recieved(only when asked)seemed staged not geniune pictures..or they seemed to always be alone!! Your apologies were as useless as your services!! And no we do not need to call before mkn a review..this is FREEDOM OF SPEECH..just as you guys had the same freedom to tell my daughter your staff wants to quit on a 2 n 3 year old in front of other staff members..which further proves my point of your NON-PROFESIONAL STANCE!!! Truth of the matter 1star was very generous due to the fact there was no 0 star option!! #DISGUSTED
My child loves her school and talks about her teachers and friends all the time, that in itself makes me feel comfortable and happy! We’ve been coming to Nanas House Academy for almost 2 years and it’s been such a beautiful journey watching my girl learn and grow so much! Thankful for the staff and the communication they keep with the parents. Clean and organized. Always a great curriculum every week and the kids are always doing something fun. I’m gonna be heartbroken when it’s time for my girl to leave and move on to kindergarten but I’ll always be so thankful for everyone that has taken such great care of my baby from the start.
