What Parents Say
Little Stars receives consistently high praise from parents, with all reviews rating 5/5 stars. Parents highlight the caring, professional staff, smooth transitions for new children, engaging activities, and strong communication through the Procare app.
The staff are super kind, professional, and take great care of the kids. They’re really good about keeping things clean and following strict illness rules, which makes me feel confident leaving my little ones there. There was a time when someone gave different stories about my toddler’s symptoms—one version to me and a completely different one to the daycare. Even with all that, the staff stayed calm and handled it like pros, making sure everything was done by the book. That kind of professionalism is hard to find! I also love how they use the Procare system. It’s awesome to get updates on meals, diaper changes, and attendance right from my phone. It’s so reassuring to know what’s going on during the day.My toddler has never shown any signs of “dreading” daycare; in fact, she’s excited every time we pull into the parking lot. If you’re looking for a daycare that truly cares about the kids and handles things professionally, this is the place. I can’t recommend it enough!
I’ve had cocsa happen to me in this day, worst year ever was being stuck here, it was kinda cluttered and kids had potty mouths, I’m assuming it was from adults. My mom me and my sister do not recommend this daycare at all.
The daycare isn't good for children. I've come into the daycare and the air smelled of pee and my daughter has repeatedly come back with rashes. They accept sick children and don't care about germs. My child gets sick easily when going to this daycare and I don't believe they care if the children has eaten or if they have a dirty diaper. Personally I don't like the way they treat the children either, they see them as a money signs instead of service that should be done with care and attentiveness. I've come in with two teenage looking sitters with no adults in sight. Resembles Lord of the Flys scenario. They accepted her from my ex after i told the first owner, Debbie, that my daughter is sick and that she is puking, having snot run down her face, flem in throat that is making it hard for her to eat and diarrhea. Debbie still accepted her after knowing this and didnt make anyone else aware of these problems. When I confronted the other owner, Debbie, (both owners names are debbie) about this she seems to brush responsibility to others and didnt seem to be concerned to the problems even smerking at one point. The play area for summer is outside without any gating and is in very poor condition. The place resembles a worn down apartment building that would make a trailer park look lecherous. Rooms are small and there isn't much play room for the amount of children that are there. The employees seem to be very impatient with the children and lack a lot of qualities care giver should have. I've come into kids huddled around trying their best to watch a tiny phone screen that was placed high up. I haven't seen much interaction between the employees and the children just the employees raising there voices when they see something they do not like. My daughter hates the place and seems to dread it everytime she gets near the building and the employees/owners. These are very surface level issues that concern me to no end so I can only imagine what they having hiding. My dead grandma pays more attention and takes better care of my daughter than this daycare. Edit: I have seen other reviews of this place and they seem to be fake. Just a thought for everyone. This place has been open for about a year and both owners owned a daycare before this one that they merged into this one. I only know one of the previous daycares and the reviews were absolutely terrible.
I have always been terrified to put my kids in daycare, but after bringing them to little stars I have been at ease! They are extremely caring and my kids love going here! My 2 yr old had not been in any kind of childcare before them and I was worried she would have a hard time transitioning but it went extremely smooth! Within a day she was comfortable with everyone. They have taught my 5 yr old so much to prepare her for school this year and I couldn’t be more thankful! I love being part of the little stars family!
My granddaughter has been there since she was 1, and loves it. Now that she is older, and in school full time she still asks to go there on breaks, and no school days because of the friends she has made, and the activities they have planned. One of her favorite memories are the Halloween parties that the owner, and staff put on each year. Each room in the daycare is set up with a different, fun game. The kids get to dress up in costumes, all the food, and drink are made with fun little creepy, Halloween themes. The owner Debbie is such a great person. She is always trying to find new ways to not only help out her parents, and kids, but her staff as well. She has food (boxed food, fruits, and vegetables) at the front door for anyone to take in need. She has made a lot of improvements to the facility which you don’t see very often when a person is leasing the building , she does this to give the kids a clean, comfortable, and safe place to be. I would highly recommend placing a child there.
