There are not enough words to describe how amazing My Special Spot is. My Special Spot, was able to give us comfort in just a phone call. We went in for a tour and immediately fell in love with the owners, staff and center. Jeff and Randi were compassionate and beyond accomodating. They were able to get our 6 month old son into the program right away. As first-time parents you want to know that your child is safe, loved and well taken care of at My Special Spot, our son gets all of that and more. We are beyond thankful that we were able to find a family owned daycare that our son loves, and so do we.
We visited a couple daycare centers near by and immediately decide to go with MSS once we met Jeff and his crew. They have a much better teacher student ratio, and more importantly, you can tell the teachers and staff here genuinely care about and love the kids here. It turns out that was one of the best decisions I've ever made for my little one. She started from 3-month old and have been through 4 different classes for her first two years. My daughter loves ALL her teachers and grew up with the classmates in her class/outside her class.The teachers here would tirelessly share their curriculum and activity pictures through tadpoles every day. We are deeply grateful to be part of the MSS family. Thanks for taking such a good care of my daughter.
My son went to MSS for a year and my daughter is there now, 3rd year. She loves her school and teachers so much that she always asks to pick her up late and is looking forward each morning to go there. We love the curriculum and outdoor areas. There are different outdoor areas for each age, so kids can spend a lot of times outdoors (my favorite part). The teachers are amazing and work tirelessly, the owner (Jeff) is a great leader and is involved in the day-to-day. Great school and amazing teachers and staff.
The owners, teachers, and staff at My Special Spot are all very clearly devoted to the well-being and developmental success of each child they work with. There are always fun, exciting events as well as enrichment programs that are included in the tuition. If you're looking for safety, cleanliness, a strong curriculum, and a place for your child to thrive socially, academically, and behaviorally, this is your place. Wait until you see the outdoor play area! My daughter had a wonderful experience at MSS, and she is sad to leave this year as she moves on to kindergarten.
My 3 year old son wasn't so interested in going to school in the past year. We moved to the area and MSS was so gracious to give us a spot. Our tour with Jeff was amazing. My son instantly love their yard (play area) that day. After few weeks, our 3 year old looks forward to going to school even on the weekends. I'm very blessed to find this place. I forgot one important info. The teachers and staff in MSS are dedicated and respectful, they love the little children there like there own.
