I would highly recommend Ms. Pam Precious Angels to anyone. These are the most caring people I've meet in the daycare business. This family business strives to give quality services that meets the needs of the Children and Families they serve. Check them out if you're in need of quality and a safe environment for your children, this is the place for them to get a start.

Love the staff ! Always friendly and really care for the children. The classrooms are always clean and neat. We recommend Ms Pams Precious Angels to anyone seeking a clean, supportive, learning environment for their young children.

So this is my first review but per ms Harley she lied and said i did one already and they didn’t like it. First of all Ms. Harley is rude and lies a lot! We had issues about my grandson’s wipes that disappeared in one day and I refused to bring more that day! When he first started going things were good for the most part until they couldn’t keep a stable staff and I had to start telling Harley at the front desk about issues that I had concerning my grandson. Over and over it was the same issues and she never addressed the issues like she said she did because this kept happening! Staff changed every week and some teachers were there that didn’t do a thing but sit all the time and that was told to me by a teacher in his room directly so she was let go. Then there was an issue with him not being fed and coming home with all his bottles every single day saying he won’t take them but as soon as I get to his class he would take the bottle right in front of them and drink it. They just wasn’t taking the time to feed him properly and he would come home starving and crying as soon as we got in the car and I had to stop to feed him. I told Harley about this on several occasions so she can’t lie about it and say she wasn’t told! On days when he didn’t like the food they cooked he had baby food as a back up and three days straight he came home and had not eaten anything at the daycare at all per the teacher and the daily sheet they send home. My daughter had an issue with the teacher that was there for the summer and i had to get involved and yes we had a discussion about the issue and Harley claims it was every other day of disrespect which is a lie because like she said i never had words with the staff, i always told her the issues! She just never addressed them and is very unprofessional and rude! She lied and said they had no room when i called about bringing my grandson back to school after summer break but when i had someone else call she told them they had room. I had to complain to the owner about his clothes being bleached from the changing table on three different occasions. That was the only issue that got resolved. So I called about his spot at the center and they now want to say they think it’s not a good fit 😂😂 trust me he had other daycare options and we found one right around the corner that had cameras in the center so we can see the staff and kids during the day. We were only going to bring him back because he knew the staff and he would be in a different room now that he is one but he deserves better and this unprofessional daycare staff doesn’t deserve his presence anyway!! He always came home dirty and had food in his hair and ears because they don’t clean properly. They leave kids sitting in that bouncy chair just crying and nose all running. The kids stay sick in that infant room too. Anytime you go there they have a runny nose. They don’t clean the toys off after kids have had them in their mouth and another kid starts to play with the same toy passing the snot and germs around. Now they are going to come back to my review and comment and then I’m going to load pics and daily sheets as proof of what I’m saying because they are quick to come back with a lie to save face! Harley is a bad face of the daycare front desk with her nasty attitude! And they billed daycare when he wasn’t there on his caps before they decided that they were going to remove him from their center. Got proof of that as well if they try to deny that part! They call call me rude or disrespectful all they want but when it comes to my grandson trust and believe that I play no games about him! They claim to be so Christ like there and they really aren’t. Even had a conversation with a staff member that left there and she said they pay very little there and that’s why they can’t keep teachers as well. There was only two teachers there that were great in that classroom and one left for a better job while the other one was from the other location for awhile. They don’t respond to complaints that are sent via email either.

I only put a star because I couldn’t type my review without placing a star. This daycare had too many incidents and very unprofessional. The director have you think it’s nice and the best for kids but it’s all an act. The place super cold nobody wear mask and I realized it wasn’t as clean as it was first presented to us it was dirty. My child was very sick after only being there for 2 days. She was given another child sippy cup even though I sent her with one. And we were told they clean the cups and we can leave just to find out later they really don’t and her cup was really nasty mold n smelled. She cried being dropped off and each time I came picked my child up her clothes n face with very dirty and her diaper was always super wet and full like she sat in a wet diaper for hours not how I dropped her off and I always said something to the staff about each incident with my child. I always popped up on my lunch breaks to check on her and was not satisfied and stayed on the staff members. The last straw was when my child was big at the daycare the director n teacher nobody called me or the dad. The day she was bit I came on my lunch break after the incident and nobody told me it took me finding out when I got off work to pick my child up n saw her wrist was very red n bruised n the circle of a bite mark. The afternoon teacher called the director to let her know I was very upset and asked why didn’t anyone notify me. The incident happened Wednesday and they didn’t give me the incident report until Friday. They couldn’t tell me if she cried or not and they didn’t know how long she was but n she said she didn’t know and will have to ask the teacher. The bite mark on my daughter wrist had her wrist swollen and it turned into a purple n blue bruise that lasted almost a week. I was very upset and expressed my frustration with them and they seemed they could careless n I had enough with the unprofessional staff and lack of care my child received.And the place was cold and dirty. They just working to take money not any real interest of the child or parents. After two weeks I took my child out. I only settled for them because no other daycare had any spots open. By far the worst daycare ever. I would not recommend this place to any parent at all.

This center has some of the rudest staff members working for them. The teachers are rude and don’t speak when you drop the kids off. The director and regional director are extremely rude and show very little concern when it comes to an issue at the center. They have a highly turnover with staff and it’s obvious due to the nasty attitude being displayed by staff. I’ve definitely called the state to issue a complaint and hope they have a surprise pop up. You will notice that the owners and all show up when things are out of hand. They really need to add cameras to this location to see how these kids are being treated by some of the staff. Not recommended at all! They don’t deserve one star to be honest. Update to my review as Mariah responded: clearly this lady does not even know who i am or what child that i had attending there. I do not have a grandchild attending that center nor do i have any grandkids. I have a niece that was there and decided to give my own review based on what was witnessed. Respect?? When have you been disrespected or has a negative interaction with me… NEVER because we have never spoken. I was on FaceTime when the issues at hand came up about my niece and it was with a male staff member at that. You all are so quick to want to snap back over a negative review rather than trying to see why you were left a negative review. Your staff issues have been unstable for awhile and is not 100% great now in my opinion…. Find peace honey….
