Disgusting experience. The final straw for me is when my infant was left to starve all day because The teacher mixed up the bottles and instead of calling me to see Which bottle was hers, she decided to pour the breast milk out. There were older kids mixed into the classroom with my infant. When I initially toured the place, I was given one price and then when I started, I was given a completely different price 80+ dollars difference. The director completely denied any accountability for the price that she gave to me. And tried to say that I was mistaken. When I printed off the proof and sent it to them with the initial price in her signature, I was not given any apologies, but told that they would not be able to honor that price.
I have been sending my daughter to Childcare Network since she was two years old, and I cannot say enough positive things about this daycare. The care and attention that they provide to the children is truly exceptional. The staff at Childcare Network are not only professional and experienced but also warm and caring. They create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, loved, and supported. My daughter has developed so much during her time at the daycare, both academically and socially. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of young children. The curriculum is engaging and age-appropriate, and I appreciate the variety of activities and learning opportunities that are offered. I have complete peace of mind knowing that my daughter is in good hands when she is at Childcare Network. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a loving and enriching environment for their child. Thank you, Deloris, Becky, Ms. D, and Ms. Jennifer for everything you do for the children in your care. You truly make a difference in their lives.
I honestly feel so guilty having made my child attend this daycare for as long as he did. For starters, everyday he would come home with some type of injury. For example, my son got bit in the arm and face by another child! They tried so hard to downplay it, but a bite is a bite regardless of the circumstances around it. He also got hit in the gums with a HARD toy, causing him to bleed excessively. I had to take him to an urgent care, in which they informed me that had he been hit just a little more harder, he would’ve needed stitches. A lot of times, he would come home with a diaper rash too. He learned so many nasty behaviors from this daycare too. Every morning when I would drop him off, he would cry. When I would pick him up, he was overly excited to leave. There was poor communication from the teachers. Like for example, I would barely get notified of when he needed more pull ups. They would always tell me last minute. There were a few instances in which I had to leave in the middle of my work shift just to bring him pull ups. When I first started bringing him there, I would provide a large quantity of diapers and pull ups but they would all get used on other children, causing me to have to unfairly provide more and more. When I brought this up to the previous director, she was extremely rude and dismissive about it. In the late afternoon, they would just pull out a tablet and put cocomelon for them to watch instead of having them engage in productive activities. Pulling my son out of this daycare was the best thing that could’ve happened to him. At his new daycare, he’s learned to talk a lot more. He’s constantly doing fun and productive activities. He’s learned so much in the 2 months he’s been there. The teachers are amazing. Overall, he’s so much more happier. To summarize, I don’t recommend this daycare to anyone!
My 2 year old has been attending Childcare Network since she was 7 months. Ms. Nicely and her staff have taken great care of my child and have made me feel secure with leaving her they're care. My daughter loves her teachers OMG! When I drop her off she runs to Ms. Britney every morning. I'm a working single parent and my daughter's teachers have gone above and to help with my kids. Ms. Jennifer is doing a great job potty training my daughter and if I'm unable to comb her hair Ms. Britney takes care of it for me. The Childcare Network staff has been a true blessing to myself and my kids.
I’ve had two children attend Childcare Network from age 1 up until Pre-K. Ms. Nicely has been the director and has always maintained professional and genuine as it pertains to her love for the children. All classes that my children have been in, they have had great relationships with their teachers who has gotten to know them personally. The hours are great for parents who have to work early shifts and the staff are friendly. Like all places of business, there are hiccups but the school does a great job at addressing issues and making changes when necessary!
