What Parents Say

My son went to this school from the time he was 2 until he was 4. It was okay at first but I can tell you the staff here picks favorites and if your kid isn't one, they are going to be left behind or worse bullied. They do not know how to handle children with sensitivities and will call you to pick up your kid if they are crying too much instead of handling it themselves. My child was tested twice for autism and ADHD twice at their insitance and while he was cleared, they kept pushing for him to get medicated. They made me feel like a failure of a parent and that my child wouldn't be accepted into any elementary school. I felt relief after pulling him from here and he is thriving at his new school
We love Ms. Carries (LR) Mrs. Brenda and Mrs. Velma are amazing! I have a grandson who was 3 when he started. He had never had anyone other than parents and grandparents watch him. He is very attached to his dad and would hardly stay with us. These two ladies have done wonders with him. It was a rough start but he now LOVES daycare and calls Mrs. Brenda and Mrs. Velma his girlfriends. 😂 I started my other 3 year old granddaughter who is very delayed and has trouble communicating. I hoped going with her cousin would help, again it was a very rough start but just like my grandson she will now walk in on her own. They are wonderful at understanding her issues and do everything they can to make her day better! No doubt if she was able to go full time she would be as happy as he is there. Thank you ladies for loving my babies! ❤️
My 2 daughters have attended Ms. Carries for 3 years. We moved here after hearing wonderful things and having a bad experience at our previous daycare. The staff & director have been nothing but fantastic and helpful in making sure my girls are safe loved and comforted daily. They look forward to school everyday and it makes this mamas heart happy. I would highly recommend anyone to this facility.
My 2 toddlers have gone to Ms. Carries for the past couple of years since around a year old and they absolutely loved it there! Mrs, Melissa, Emily the owner, Mrs. Velma and Mrs. LaNoya where all so wonderful to my boys and always kept me informed! They’re entering preschool now and every day we pass by there which is daily, my son always says mommy I want to go back to my old school (Ms. Carries)! I definitely recommend this place, no need to worry and ponder if your children are going to be seen after, they’re beyond awesome!
I heard great things about this place and gave it a chance but that was a mistake. First incident:picked up my daughter and she had dried blood on and in her nose and shirt. No one knew what happened and there was no incident report. Teachers got an attitude when I even asked.I asked both morning and afternoon teachers. Second incident: Another child ripped out both my daughters earrings that were $100. When I brought it up, again no one knew anything. *I brought up both incidents to the woman at the front. She said she would look into it and never got back to me. They really didn’t seem to care. Third incident: Picked daughter up and she was completely covered in poop. (All happened within two weeks) They definitely play favorites and teachers ( mostly her morning one) don’t watch the kids and never engage them. She acts annoyed to be there and always on the phone. Most of the time you pick the kids up they are all sitting against the wall. Get workers who actually like kids and want to engage them. They say they have a curriculum but that is BS. They don’t teach anything. The first month was good because of her afternoon teachers but it seems they no longer work there. Also the front door is always usually unlocked and there’s a baby that hangs out in the office closet with no supervision. Don’t waste your money here.
