Mount Peace Baptist Church is a wonderful place to worship. Pastor Terry is a caring pastor and a encouraging pastor, because he cares about his people and he encourages us to study God's word and go out and make a difference. He also preaches "a good word" every Sunday. It is also a family atmosphere were you will get a hello and a hug. I have been going there for over 10 years now. He welcomes you just as you are. He says "we're not a perfect church, but we are a faithful church"..His famous words are "bless you're heart" with a big wide smile...So stop on by and be blessed by the word from Pastor J Vincent Terry Sr.
One of the most down to earth place to worship. The people make you feel welcome on your visit. It didn't take me long to know, this is the place where My Father in Heaven wanted me to be. Pastor Terry is very uplifting, down to earth Pastor.
I recently moved to Raleigh from Philadelphia. The 1st time I visited here, I knew it was the right church for me. Awesome praise, word, music and people!
