we just joined earlier this month and we are enjoying it so far. I met w/ ms, theresa, the director, and she is very sweet, approachable and helpful! she was patient w/ all my questions and is always available. - it is open until 6.30p, which I appreciate because I work in silver spring - there are actually two floors and there is a huge play ground in the back that my two boys love - the little ones follow a curriculum, so my 3-year-old is also learning while he's there - the staff is great, they know what to do and seem to enjoy working there and w/ the children - they take credit cards so that I don't have to worry about carrying around my checkbook - lastly, there is a van and my kindergartener LOVES riding it
Not pleasant at all. I called to inquire and the person I spoke with was very unprofessional and rude.
