Hello Hunny Bees 🌻🐝 👑 💕💛 it's your girl Hunny with a review of another local small business. My day started out with an hour drive in traffic to Fairfax only to be told they didn't have the instruments to conduct my labs. The place I went to seemed very incompetent. I was so angry I got up and left called to complain and reschedule. Man I am so happy I stood up for myself because what I got was better than what I had!!! Y'all know I am a US NAVY veteran. I value customer service, honor, courage and commitment. I have not in my 23 years serving been met with such amazing customer service. The lady at the desk was on the phone when I walked in. She looked up asked me how could she help me, I told her and she asked me to have a seat and someone would be right with me. This amazing young lady walked out and greeted me with a warm handshake 🤝. Invited me back to their veteran lounge and offered me refreshments. I was stunned!!! Although she had no record of my appointment she made me feel seen, safe and comfortable. My lab 💉 request was just sent to her 15 minutes prior so I didn't even mind waiting. If it took all day I would not have cared because I felt welcomed. Please if you are looking for quality care check them out 💗

I would’ve given ONE star if I could have. Terrible everything. Wait, Service, and worst of all… I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK WITH ANY OF MY TEST RESULTS, as promised. Had to blow their phone up for a week just for them to tell me that I was fine and nothing more. After testing for covid, got no results, after an x-ray, got no explanation. They didn’t give me the antibiotics or steroids I asked for, although I told them that I get frequent sinus infections. I was visiting from out of town, so please do your research on better clinics and don’t go to this one. Once I got the bill for my very pointless appointment, I said to myself I would’ve rather died! They did not help me one bit.

The good: The staff was really personable and friendly. They were really great with helping diagnose the degree of injury to my wife's foot. We did not experience wait time issues other reviewers had. The problem: Billing here is not well run. Find a different urgent care if you don't want to get swindled or have the headache of calling banks and insurance to adjust a basic copay. At check-in, the front desk attendant ran my card 3 times for a single copay. She wasn't sure whether it worked or not and explicitly told me "you can take it up with your credit card if there's a problem, or we'll send you a bill if it didn't go through." When I checked my transactions, it charged each of those 3 times. I called to resolve it, and Oxon Hill was immediately ready to refer me to a billing resolution center (I'm guessing it's a common issue) who apparently couldn't see any payments. After 40 minutes on the phone, they refunded no money, but proceeded to send a further bill shortly after even though they triple charged me up front. I'm working with my bank, but save yourself the headache: drive a little further for a different urgent care.

Horrible place. I called before I came, was assured I could visit. 10 minutes later upon arrival, was advised, I couldn’t be seen. When questioned, I was advised “that was then, this is now” if you value your life, go somewhere else.

Visited this location and was thoroughly impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff. The front desk staff was polite and friendly. Jo-Ann Middleton, FNP-BC was outstanding and provided the kind of service that should be used to measure all other medical service providers by. She was great. I would definitely visit this location again.
