I am very disappointed with my experience at this facility and want to share my concerns so other parents are aware. I felt that the environment was not welcoming or understanding toward children who learn differently or have unique personalities. I also felt that communication with the administration—especially with Theresa Moreno—was often delayed, unclear, or unhelpful, which made the enrollment process very stressful. I believed my twins would be supported here, but instead I felt judged and dismissed based on a single interaction. One of my boys was described as “not a good fit,” and I felt there was little patience or understanding shown toward his needs as an autistic child. I also felt pressured to pursue additional evaluations, not out of genuine concern, but because he didn’t match their idea of a “cookie-cutter” child. It was upsetting to feel unheard as a parent and to have my quiet nature mistaken for weakness. I did not feel that same warmth or professionalism from the leadership at this particular center. My hope is that the facility improves its communication, treats families with more respect, and embraces children with different learning styles and personalities. Every child deserves compassion, patience, and understanding, and every parent deserves honesty and support. Theresa moreno, I want to be direct and honest: the way you manage this center is deeply concerning, and it reflects poorly on the entire facility. Your approach to communication, leadership, and the way you treat parents creates unnecessary stress and damages the reputation of a place that should feel supportive and welcoming. You are in a position that requires patience, compassion, and professionalism, and I hope you take this feedback seriously. The families who come here deserve better, and meaningful improvement—or a change in leadership—may be necessary so the center can function in the caring and respectful way it was meant to.

We’ve had a great experience at Montessori School of Tracy, and Ms. Mayte has been absolutely wonderful with our daughter. From day one, she was warm, patient, and reassuring, which made the transition into school so much easier. She truly takes the time to understand each child, and it shows in the care and attention she gives. We’re very grateful to have such a nurturing teacher and highly recommend her and the school!

I’ve meant to write a review for this school forever, but somehow never got around to it! My daughter attended this school for several years and we loved it. The teachers are all wonderful and so is the director Teresa. She knows everyone on a first name basis and is truly such a beautiful person. My daughter loved Ms. Maria and Ms. Eunice. She still talks about them today! They’re both the most caring and amazing teachers I could have hoped for. The new teachers are also great, like Ms. Teresa (the teacher)! I would highly recommend this preschool. I have zero regrets sending my child here. The teachers and director have kept in touch over the years and have always gone above and beyond for my daughter.

If your child is free-spirited and energetic this school is not for you. The teachers and staff are very strict and hard on students who have a free spirit and love to roam around. The environment this school displays does not allow children to be free. My daughter attended Montessori School of Tracy for 2 years. During the 2 years, I noticed my daughter not being herself. She would come home complaining and not wanting to go back the next day. I tried my best to accept this school but couldn’t find a good reason which lead me to switching schools. My daughter was neglected in so many ways during our 2 years. First off, the teachers and staff were not attentive to my child. She was being bullied by other kids for several months. I went in person to talk to the director about the bullying my daughter had experienced but nothing was done. The director nor the teachers did anything regarding the situation. Second, they had my daughter learning the same material even though she was ready to move forward to more advanced work. I regret sending my daughter here and spending my hard earned money on their tuition. She now attends a different school and has learned a lot in one year than she did in the 2 years she attended Montessori School of Tracy.

We are deeply grateful for the exceptional care and dedication shown by Miss Thao, Miss Inderpreet, and Miss Mariam in Class B3. Their nurturing approach has provided our daughter with a warm and loving environment that has been instrumental in her growth and development. The patience and passion they bring to their work are evident in the way they foster not only academic learning but also emotional and social skills. Each day, our daughter comes home excited to share what she has learned, and it’s clear that the values of respect, independence, and curiosity are being instilled in her. The professionalism with which these teachers manage their classroom is commendable, yet it is their genuine affection for the children that truly sets them apart. We cannot thank them enough for their hard work and commitment to creating a positive and enriching experience for our daughter. They have made a significant impact on her early education, and for that, we are profoundly appreciative of Montessori Administration. 👍👍👍
