My son went to Montessori on the Prairie since he was eighteen months old. The teachers are like our extended family and though it was not easy to leave our son in the school at the tender age, knowing that he is in the right hands was very comforting. This is the best school we could have for him. He learned a lot in this school and as he moved to public school we found that he was well prepared for it. I will recommend this school to anyone in a heartbeat! I wish the school the best and I am happy that my son will cherish his beautiful school memories and the loving teachers forever!

My daughter and son both attended Montessori on the Prairie before we moved. We absolutely loved our experience here! The teachers and director, Miss Shanika, all care about and love each child as their own. I was amazed at how much my kids learned. My four year old was writing four letter words, sight reading, doing amazing artwork, doing addition, and knew lots about geography. My kids loved going here, and felt safe and happy in the calm and enriching environment. I cried when we had to say goodbye and my kids still talk about their 'dark blue school' and all of their teachers that they miss.
Excellent school with outstanding teachers. We put our son to this school for several years. School taught him to potty train, started to write and read at early age. By the time he went to public school, he was ready. He had the discipline to study on his own and public school was easy for him. School also send regular updates and pictures of my son on my phone, which is amazing. I highly recommend this school by Ms Shanika.
