Mimiz Daycare Center

My first child attended from 2020-2024, my second child started in 2022 and will attend until they age out. Mimiz Daycare is the perfect mix of a cozy, family-run place with the professionalism you’d expect from a larger center. The staff at Mimiz are amazing. There’s low turnover, so the kids get to build strong relationships with their teachers. The owner/operators are super involved and knowledgeable, and they’ve been a huge help with things like transitioning both kids to formula and potty training. It's clear that they have a true passion for this work, and our whole family (grandparents included) have felt so welcome and cared for. They strike a great balance between structured learning and play. Curriculum focuses on TK/Kinder readiness, which made my four-year-old's recent transition to TK shockingly smooth. Another huge plus for us was that meals (including breakfast) and snacks are included for toddlers and up, which makes getting out of the house that much easier in the morning. I could go on and on, we consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have found Mimiz and they've had such a positive impact on our family.

Finding the right daycare for our twin boys felt like an impossible mission. Then, last April, when they were a year and a half old, we walked into Mimiz Daycare and everything clicked. From the moment we met Mimi and Amir during the tour, we knew this was a special place. The atmosphere at Mimiz is warm, inviting, and sparkling clean. It felt more like a second home than a daycare, and even our boys seemed to sense that. They took to Mimi and Amir right away, a feeling that's only grown stronger over the past year. One of the biggest things that sets Mimiz apart is their incredible staff. Sam, Mimi, Amir, Ash, and the entire team are professional, caring, and thoughtful beyond words. They knew our boys were starting daycare a bit later than usual, so they created a fantastic transition plan to help them adjust. Within a week, they were happily spending full days at Mimiz, and it was clear they were having a blast. Mimiz provides a safe and structured environment that's also tons of fun for kids of all ages. We've been amazed to see our boys develop their language and motor skills, learn to recognize shapes, colors, numbers, and letters, and blossom socially. They surprise us all the time with new nursery rhymes they've learned, silly hand motions they've picked up, and even some adorable dance moves! Another big plus? The food at Mimiz is fantastic. It's one less thing for us to worry about, and we know our boys are getting healthy, delicious meals. Mimiz also goes the extra mile to celebrate holidays and festivals, which is a wonderful way to expose the children to different cultures. We also love seeing the creative artwork and crafts they come home with all the time. But the most important thing for us is the trust we have in Mimiz. We know our boys are in the best hands possible, and that they're being treated with love and care just like they would be at home. Finding a daycare like Mimiz has been an incredible stroke of luck, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We enrolled our daughter at Mimiz when she was a little over six months old. She is now almost two and loves going to see her teachers and friends at the day care. She’s even singing her abc’s and counting! The daycare is super well run from clear policies and great communication. Also the staff is super professional and friendly. Highly recommended!
