My son has been attending for a little over a month and is doing excellent! I was a little leery at first due to the bad reviews, but I’m glad I trusted my gut because my baby loves coming to Milestones and the teachers are all great with him. It’s so nice to have reliable and safe childcare.

For all the negative reviews on here I’ve never heard of any of these People. The problem must’ve been resolved. This is the absolute best place to send your child. Staff and teachers are extremely nice, go above and beyond for your children. Mary, Kathernten, and Kelsey are my absolute favorite. This is A very safe and caring place for children and babies. I love Milestone and my son has improved Greatly since he started at MildStones, I’ve been going for 7 months.

Not sure what all of these recent reviews are about. No place is perfect, but guessing there may be some incorrect info circulating. I take my child to Milestones and he is content here. The administration has shown themselves to be very passionate about providing inclusive and accessible childcare. Personally, I am confident that my child is safe here and his well-being is looked after. There is a wide variety of teachers from all walks of life, and they ensure that my son's life is enriched in both traditional educational goals as well as life experience. From what I hear from other parents, they seem to be satisfied with their child's teachers as well. Thankful that this place exists! edited: Okay...finally found out that all these current reviews stem from the TikTok video from 4 YEARS AGO that has been just recently posted. There has been no director by this name since I have had my child here. The current administration is very courteous and has proven themselves to be quite helpful. If you are real person actually looking for childcare in B/N, just please do your research. Instead of reading reviews from people who are not even local, visit and decide for yourself!

Updating due to recent video (original post was 2 years ago - This is exactly what was happening with my daughter. I had talked with Dana several times prior about marks on my daughter and my daughter suddenly being afraid of a specific teacher. She brushed it off and told me kids are kids (about the bruises) and that my daughter is just showing normal behavior and missing me (about her not feeling comfortable with the new teacher. I asked that they don’t leave my daughter alone with the teacher to see if the reaction was the same. She didn’t react the same way when other teachers were present. My daughter had a gash above her eye and a large bump on her forehead on the opposite side. They said this was from falling off the toddler ramp and hitting the zebra toy in the corner. The ramp points the opposite direction of the toy they claimed she hit her head on. Red flags were coming up all around so I went to Dana again and she reacted the same way to me that she did in the recent video circulating. She also screamed at me on the phone as explained below. I don’t think she’s the director here anymore but I have first hand witnessed the way these employees treat the kids and while yes, there are some good people here, there is equally as many bad and they are brushing abuse under the rug and telling parents that “kids will be kids”. I pulled my daughter out immediately when the red flags started to present themselves and I can only hope others do the same. And as for Dana, there should be some sort of behavioral tests you need to pass before becoming the director of a daycare. This woman would fail. Absolutely unprofessional and can not handle conflicting situations within the facility. Her answer to everything is to brush it off. Absolutely do not recommend. They just kicked my daughter out of daycare because I called in for the 3rd time to get information from them regarding the Coronavirus and their facility. We have had nothing but issues since we started her there and then the director just SCREAMED at me on the phone and told me to just come get my daughter. They don’t care about the children that attend and they don’t care to inform parents of what is happening in the classrooms. I can not believe how unprofessional the directors have been with me since My daughter has been attending there. They have requested we pay for the full week even though they are closing today and can not watch children the rest of the week. I explained that this is a hard time for many and not just them and this is not doable for not only me but most other families as well. I have been calling in for a few days now trying to prepare for this and I was very worried they would wait to tell us until last minute. The director lost it and told me I am a problem to the facility and brought up a situation we had with my daughter and a teacher in the classroom with her and then told me that I should no longer bring my daughter there once this is over. Absolute WORST child care. Please do not take your babies here.
