We are more than pleased with CVCC. They practice continuity of care, so your child has the same teachers as long as they are there. They try to keep the number of different classroom assistants as low as possible so that your child isn't constantly seeing new people. They are conscientious and loving with the children, very accommodating to a variety of parent requests. We have been happy to see our son develop a strong bond with his teachers and he smiles and laughs when he sees them every morning. The director is very thoughtful and keeps parents informed about everything from parking and weather to road construction in the area.

I can tell that my daughter has learned a lot since she started this day care, including noticeable language gains. Most importantly, my daughter discovered her passion for art here! She's attending Alaina and Toni's class, and my husband and I could not be thankful enough for their professionalism, attentive care, and individual approach to every child to help everyone grow and thrive! I highly recommend this day care!

My 26-month-old daughter was bitten five times in only two months while staying in the campus view child care center (CVCCC). If google review has negative rating, I will definitely give the highest negative rating without any hesitation. I sent my daughter to the campus view child care center two's classroom on 9th July, 2018. Before sending her to this daycare, I visited this daycare twice, and did not find any issue. This is a campus affiliated daycare, and was claimed as high-end daycare with high-level teachers working there. I assumed this should be a safe place that my daughter could stay in. However, I was completely wrong. On July 17th, 2018, only 8 days after my daughter's enrollment, my daughter was bitten on her left shoulder by a kid very seriously (almost broke her skin), and the redness did not disappear until many days later. I talked to the lead teachers and the director. They did not say sorry nor apologize. Instead, they kept telling me that biting was not uncommon because of their body development, and emphasized that they could not guarantee that the biting would not happen again. I asked them to separate my daughter from the biter, but they firmly refused my requirement. They told me that my requirement would impact the normal social activities among kids. I suggest every parent take photos of the biting and call the pediatrician immediately if a kid was bitten. Call 911 if necessary. On July 27th, 2018, 10 days since her first being bitten, my daughter was bitten again! And this time she was bitten twice on the same day!! I was very shocked and went to the daycare talking to the teachers and the director. Again, they repeated what they said to me last time (biting was not uncommon because of their body development, and they could not guarantee that the biting would not happen again). Then the director showed me the biting policy of the daycare, and proudly told me that their biting policy was very good (national model). I kept asking them to separate my daughter from the biter and pay a bit more attention to my daughter since it seems that my daughter was more possible to be bitten by the biter. Again, they refused to do so. The same reason as last time, my requirement would impact the normal social activities among kids. Furthermore, the director said:" It is your decision." What does this mean? On 12th September, 2018, my daughter was bitten again. They did not say sorry nor apologize. We felt very scary. I asked them to set up a formal meeting to discuss the biting issue on 17th September 2018. In the meeting, they refused to answer us any questions regarding biting, like how many biters are there exactly in the classroom, what is the frequency of the biting that have happened in the classroom, etc. Instead, the director asked us why we wanted to know such statistics? Of course, we have the right to know. This is about my daughter's safety in this daycare. Then they kept telling us that biting was not uncommon; they have set up very good biting policy; their teachers did very good jobs; kept refusing our requirement that separating our daughter from the biter. Furthermore, the director said:" It is your decision." again! No sorry, no apology. And the director said that it is my decision!!!! Is this discrimination? Is she kicking us out? Three days after the formal meeting, on 20th September, 2018, my daughter was bitten again. It is the fifth time that my daughter was bitten in two months. On 20th September, 2018, I sent out a long email to the lead teachers and the director asking for explanation and reason why my daughter was bitten again and again. I still have not received their reply by now (22nd September, 2018) I tried to talk to the director this Friday (21st September 2018), the director did not say sorry nor apologize. Instead, when I put forward my concern about my daughter's safety in this daycare, the director said:" You do not trust us!" My daughter was bitten five times in two months in your daycare! More to say but words limited by google review here.
