It was a joy to watch my child bloom and grow there over the past three years. Can't say enough good things about the teachers, staff, developmental therapists, and administration. The facility is cheerful, clean and the playground is especially nice. Wonderful school!
Very unprofessional, my child was kicked out because of incidents. Would not provide any documentation to me or my wife detailing what happened, only giving minor details with word of mouth, so we can't figure out the problem or try to correct the behavior. Director confirmed to us that they don't provide documentation to the parents that caused the incident. We voiced that we wanted documentation and it was completely ignored.
Both of my kids go to Milestones for daycare services, and we love it. The staff are kind and attentive, and it is a nonprofit organization, so all the decisions are made in the best interest of the kids, not the business. The playground is my favorite part of Milestones— it’s huge and shady!
I have a 4 year old who is just about to be starting. I have only experienced kindness from all the people there. I have been to the school twice to take my son for an evaluation. I asked many questions about protocols for bus and many other things. All questions and concerns were answered. They are very kind and professional people from what I have experienced.
