Beyond grateful for the excellent care that our family has found at this second home for our kiddos. The director and assistant director of the facility go above and beyond to ensure that everything is running smoothly. (That doesn’t exclude helping out with dirty dishes or changing a diaper to help a teammate out) that sets the tone for this center and you can tell as it reflects on the way the teachers treat our kids. Every single day, I’ve been met with a welcoming smile from every single teacher in this facility. Drop offs have been a breeze, the teachers always have an activity going on, maintaining engagement and challenging our kids to try fun new messy things (which we love!) Our daughter’s teachers both speak English and Spanish which is a huge plus! You can truly see how passionate they are in early childcare through the love they share with each child, and that gives peace of mind everyday. Our son transitioned into a new bigger class after his birthday, it was as smooth as can be. I will note one of the things I’m grateful for at Bright Horizons is that they don’t pack kiddos in each class just for the sake of profits. He still had an appropriate student to teacher ratio just way more gadgets to tinker with! Both teachers were super patient with him (and me) with learning to go potty like his class buds. We looked at 6 daycare centers before choosing Bright Horizons and we are extremely happy with our decision. We started when our daughter turned 9 months and she's now 14 months so we have experience with infant and toddler classrooms, care and teachers; 8 teachers have cared for our child in this time and all of them have been nothing short of excellent caregivers and educators. They have helped transition our velcro and very stubborn baby into the daycare, sleep trained her (which had been a huge struggle for us), transitioned her into toddlers, set expectations, helped us and her through milestones, situations where we had questions, needed/asked for advice. They feel like family to us, our child runs to her present and past teachers to give them hugs and i feel like there is nothing i cannot ask them that they would not go above and beyond to help us with and that applies to everybody, from teachers to director and assistant director. Attendance comes with an app that is extremely easy to use, we get a lot of updates and pictures every single day, developmental notes and observations Drop off time is very flexible, there is no cut off and that was very important in our life The facility is very clean, filled with natural light, they have a breastfeeding room, classrooms are big (at least the 5 classrooms our daughter has been in), full of toys and other activity related items, great food menu provided, positive energy from every single person we've encountered. There is no question in my mind this place is run by love for kids and passion for what they do and the quality of care and education they provide is fantastic!

As a working mom, the decision to place my children in daycare was not easy—there are so many mixed opinions out there. However, from the very first day, Bright Horizons has been nothing short of incredible. The compassion and care they've shown truly make us feel like family, and I want to take a moment to recognize some outstanding individuals who go above and beyond every single day. Ms. Vanessa: You are phenomenal! My children adore you, and it’s clear how much you love your job. Your compassion, attention to detail, and constant communication about my kids’ day mean so much. Ms. Diane: Although you’re new to the Bright Horizons family, you’re already making a huge impact. You’re so caring and wonderful with the kids—I can’t thank you enough for all you do. Ms. Jen: A true leader with a loving and caring soul. My kids were drawn to you instantly! Your support, dedication, and hard work never go unnoticed. Thank you for always being there to listen and guide. Ms. Nanciette: Your warm smile and kindness light up the room. You’re so great with the kids, and we are lucky to have you. Every teacher and staff member at Bright Horizons contributes to creating an amazing environment, but these individuals have truly stood out to me and my family. I am so grateful for all you do. Bright Horizon's is such an amazing daycare facility! I started with them back in 2011 when my first son was 3 months old, he graduated from their VPK program and now my 1 year old attends their preschool/toddler class and started when he was just 3 months old. They have a wonderful group of women that truly care for each and every child. I would recommend this daycare to any parents or grandparents that may be looking!

We could not be happier with this facility or it's staff. We are a military family that just completed a cross country move from Washington to Florida with our 12 week old son. As first time parents, we were nervous and anxious about finding an amazing daycare center. We are SO relieved and grateful to have found this facility and to know our son is so well cared for during the hours we have to be away. Jennifer and all of the staff at this facility are simply wonderful. Thank you for taking such good care of our little ones.
