My kiddos have been going here for at least 8 months. The staff here are some on the most caring and amazing women. My kids love going to “school” every day and Angie and the staff are truly phenomenal and they are working to grow and build the center!
I had a very poor experiencing trying to enroll my child here. I had a tour scheduled with the director Angie at 2pm. When I arrived I was told she was out at lunch, so I waited. I was given a brief tour by the assistant director while I waited, but she was not able to answer the majority of my questions. After waiting 40 minutes, the director had not returned so I had to leave. I was told by the assistant director that she would have Angie call me to answer my questions as she had not been able to. I never received a phone call to answer my questions nor to apologize for missing our meeting and wasting my time. The handbook they provided is also very out of date and hasn't been revised since 2017. It is concerning that this is the level of care and organization given to running a daycare. Memorial Angels Childcare also has a long, long history of investigations and incidents listed on the state website. I strongly advise parents to check the KYNECT website to see these concerning reports before deciding to place their child here.
