Parents highlight the school's engaging curriculum, flexible policies, and strong sense of community. Multiple families report their children have thrived and developed a genuine love of learning during their time at the school.
My son is entering his third and final year at MCNS, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. In his time here, he has truly flourished—socially, emotionally, and academically. The teachers and staff are exceptionally warm, supportive, and encouraging; they have become like an extension of our family. The school is also very flexible and accommodating—if he ever needs to stay late, I know he is in good hands. In fact, he loves it so much that at pick-up he often asks me to let him stay longer! As a parent, having such peace of mind is invaluable. We feel so lucky to have found MCNS, and I can only hope his next school will be as incredible.
We feel so fortunate that both of our children have been part of the MCNS community. The warm, nurturing environment and dedicated educators have supported their growth - not only academically, but socially and emotionally. Our youngest has one more year, and while we’ll miss the school deeply, we’re grateful to know we’ll always be part of such a special community.
We have been so happy with our family's experience at MCNS the last two years. The whole community is something special, from the teachers to the administration to the families. MCNS has instilled a true passion for learning and exploration in our child. Our kiddo has enjoyed countless arts and crafts projects, music, clay, imaginative play and building, learning new languages and about new cultures, reading all the books, and even baking! The school shares a weekly newsletter with updates about the class and photos that the whole family looks forward to reviewing each Friday. MCNS also has a wonderful outdoor space/ private playground that allows kiddos to spend time outdoors, get their energy out, do some light gardening exploration, and so much more.
Both of my children attend MCNS and it is an absolute gem. As a long time educator, I was looking for a positive early childhood experience that truly sparked a love of learning and put an emphasis on community building and relationships. From clay to music to Friday morning baking, MCNS teachers go above and beyond the average early childhood experience to make the community feel like a family.
My 4yr old son has grown and flourished here over the last two years. The teachers and administrators have been extraordinary at guiding and empowering the little minds. I’m thankful to have my son attend in his formative years.
