This daycare is absolute garbage, my son was dropped by one of the staff as an infant but I continued to go to the daycare because that is my only option. Then workers wanted to report mold in his bottles, but I continuously brought new ones so it couldn’t be possible unless they aren’t cleaning it. LASTLY I got child protective services called on me because of a diaper rash from him being sick, it’s either the workers aren’t changing his diaper frequently or they’re spiteful for God knows what. Never ever should my one year old son and I be scared because of jealous daycare workers.

When I first started this daycare it was great prior to the pandemic the staff was great but this new staff run’s all over the owner like they own the place . It’s going down hill if she keeps the current staff . I been Dealing with this daycare for three years my daughter came home with scratch marks on her bottom due to staff members with Extremely long acrylic fingernail wiping her bottom.. Then there’s the issue when your child gets hurt no one knows what happened. Like who is watching my kids . You have Video cameras in every room but you’re telling me you can’t go in your office rewind a tape to see what happened to my child

My experience with daycare has been AWESOME! The owner Neema and her staff cares for my soon to be three year old twins. They have helped with potty training them and developmental skills. My daughter wasn't to much of a talker, and the staff helped her to express herself more. I see a major change in my twins they have been there a little over a year. I ran into Neema daycare after I had a major crisis at another daycare in West Mifflin. I was in a bind, she was the fourth daycare I had looked at that morning and was really stressed out. She calmed me down and gave me a tour of the daycare. The daycare was spotless, very neat, organized, and tons for my twins to do. Neema gave me the paperwork talk to my agency and my twins started the very next day. I never had any issues, and Neema has no problem addressing her staff or retraining if need be. Neema also has Head start come in and other programs to help the kids learn and develop. I have seen her give kids clothes that she purchased with her own money that were in need. I love the projects the staff do with the kids on holidays for them to bring home to me. My twins are very happy to be dropped off here and sometimes cry, because they don't want to leave because there having so much fun. I strongly suggest this daycare for your childcare needs. She truly cares for our kids and our community.

My son has autism, and was kicked out of several daycares before I brought him to Mckeesport Development center. They work with my son, teach him how to use his words when frustrated, and have various ways to keep him calm when he becomes upset. The way that they handle my sons special needs is excellent.
