We have had a great experience with CHAPS! Our daughter started in infant 1 at 6months. I was initially incredibly nervous leaving her. The infant teachers were so incredibly understanding and were great communicators. All of the infant teachers made me feel so comfortable dropping off my daughter each day and their love and care for our daughter was so evident. As a first time mom, I was filled with worry and questions. They helped us navigate parenthood in so many ways. We are so excited to send our newest little one this fall! Our daughter has transitioned into the pre-toddler room and has been so excited to go to school every day. The teachers are so kind, supportive, and caring. We love getting pictures of all of the fun activities they do each day. Our daughter is always full of hugs and smiles when she sees her teachers and friends. We are very thankful for all the CHAPS teachers!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We could not be more satisfied with our experience at CHAPS. Our son has transitioned through the infant room and into the toddler rooms, and every step of the way the staff has been incredible. The infant room staff truly treated him like their own. They kept us regularly updated, and as a first-time mom, they helped me navigate so many “firsts” - eating, sleeping, milestones, you name it. Leaving him at first was nerve-wracking, but their care, communication, and support quickly put my mind at ease. They still say hi to him everyday and ask how everyone is doing! The toddler rooms have proven to be just as wonderful - kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Beyond the teachers, every single staff member at CHAPS makes you feel welcomed, supported, and truly loved. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a second home. CHAPS is an incredible organization all around. The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous - always clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully designed. Their playground is beautiful, and they incorporate a wide variety of activities that support children’s physical, emotional, and cognitive growth. Don’t hesitate for a second - choosing CHAPS has been one of the best decisions we’ve made as parents!

We have been fortunate enough to have found CHAPS around 3.5-4 years ago when we needed childcare for my first son. He started with CHAPS around 15 months old. Any first-time mom would likely agree that leaving your child for the first time especially in a school setting is incredibly hard. I remember drop off on the first day being harder for me than for him. The teachers in his room made me feel at ease leaving him for the first time and created an immediate bond with him treating him as if he were their own. Fast forward to about 2 years later I sent my second son around the same age of 15 months and had a very similar start for him. Throughout our time at CHAPS, we have had a very positive experience from a both a staff and teacher perspective as well as an educational one. One thing that has truly stood out to us is the kindness the teachers have shown. At least with our experience there has never been any hesitation about the hands our boys are being left in. The teachers we have had/currently have, are always going above and beyond which is all you can truly ask or hope for. Anytime that anyone asks about the childcare we have for the boys we truly cannot say enough good things about CHAPS and the CHAPS community. Highly recommend if in need of childcare!!

Cannot say enough good things about CHAPS. We have had our daughter there for over 3 years and our son has been there for almost 5 months. The infant teachers are saints and have a crazy amount of patience! Our daughter was a tough baby but they were the best when it came to communicating with us and working together to try and help her have better days there. Our son is a different temperament and has always been so happy there. The prior reviews make me sad to see because it couldn’t be any more different than our experience. Highly recommend, they’ve been our second family for 3+ years and we are so grateful for all of the teachers loving on our babies!

My family started at CHAPS in 2021. At the time, my daughter was three and attended CHAPS Academy, while my son was in kindergarten and enrolled in the after-school program. Since then, I have welcomed another baby who now attends CHAPS Academy as well. Before CHAPS, my older children attended a chain daycare, and the difference is astronomical. In all these years, I have never encountered a bad teacher or had a negative experience. My youngest daughter is very challenging—a true wild child—and from the very beginning, her teachers and the administrative staff have been nothing but supportive, loving, and proactive. She was born prematurely and experienced speech delays, and the CHAPS team advocated for her with genuine care and compassion, helping me navigate some very difficult moments. The communication has always been exceptional, the support unwavering, and the love truly genuine. The leadership at CHAPS is exceptional. The Center Director is absolutely incredible—compassionate, attentive, and deeply invested in both the children and their families. In addition, the CEO is incredibly personable, approachable, and heavily involved in the day-to-day operations. This hands-on leadership sets the tone for the entire organization and is reflected in the strong sense of care, communication, and community throughout the school. As of last year, I am a single mom of four, and CHAPS has truly been my village. The love does not stop when a child transitions to public school—my daughter who attended CHAPS Academy is still greeted with hugs and love from teachers and administrative staff every time she walks through the door. My son no longer attends the after-school program, yet he is still met with familiar faces, hugs, and genuine care whenever we run into former counselors in the community. CHAPS Academy and the CHAPS after-school program are both incredible. If you have the opportunity for your child to attend, I wholeheartedly recommend Chaps.
