Good amount of turnover from the staff. Staff complained of behavioral issues with my child. Pulled into meeting with director multiple times requested camera footage with regional director refused to give the footage as I wanted to see what was going on. Asked if footage was reviewed when incidents occurred to give meaninful feedback to employees and was told it was not. Regional director stated that there were trainings with staff once every six months meaningless with high turnover given run around multiple times, basically child was placed on a PIP and was told I needed to get involved with behavioral therapy and changed behavior needed though behaviors common amongst toddlers. Explained multiple times something is wrong because child behaves quite differently at home and around others. We ended up removing out child from this daycare and placing into another (strangely) my child has zero issues at the new facility none whatsoever. Feedback from help me grow was that overstimulation would be the only potential issues. (child follows commands etc.) Maybe when someone gives you advice that has been in Management for over 10 years has a bachelors in psychology, and an MBA in business management you should take it and not treat the person like every other parent that states their child can do not wrong. It wasn't one of those instances. I actually gave you feedback on how you could better run your business to better serve the community. Stemming from someone who's family has owned and operated a business for over 120 years. Very quick to toss out children. Give meaningful feedback to employees based on obeserved behaviors to make your organization better, high attrit is generally due to not following maslows hierarchy with regard to employees.

Sweet Kiddles was such a godsend to us. We were so reassured the moment we decided on SK Hudson for our son. Miss Lisa and Miss Kaylee have always been promptly responsive to anything and everything. Miss Chloe in Babies 1 was our first non-family member to take care of our son, and she truly felt like family. We were confident he was not only being safely watched but actively loved on and cared for. When he moved up to Babies 2, we loved watching his face light up with all the new kiddos and activities. The curriculum each baby has is so well organized and the projects he makes are both fun for him and us to see. The app has worked seamlessly with us receiving upwards of 4-8 photos every single day and multiple updates regarding food and diapers. We are leaving for a year but definitely plan to rejoin our SK Hudson family as soon as we return.

I have three kids full-time at Sweet Kiddles Hudson (4, 2, 3 months) and I wouldn't send them anywhere else. My eldest has been there since he was a baby, so we have had a chance to watch our kids grow at SK over the last four years. We love all of the teachers, and they truly love and care about our kids and their well-being. We love the arts and crafts they do daily, the sensory bins, books, and all of the photos and updates we get throughout the day. They often do extra programs like Summer Water Days, having a librarian come and read, dance classes, and special educational guests. I have watched my kids create strong bonds and friendships with their peers, and we truly couldn't be happier.

Having over 15 years of experience working with daycare centers, I was genuinely excited to enroll my grandson at Sweet Kitties. The facility itself holds a lot of promise. However, I was disappointed to find that the administrative staff was not as responsive or accommodating to some of his specific needs as I had hoped. In childcare, especially with young children who may have individual requirements, flexibility and open communication are key. I hope Sweet Kitties takes this feedback to heart, as they have the

My son has been going to Sweet Kiddles-Hudson for 2 years and I truly cannot say enough good things! It’s so nice walking down the hall and having teachers say hi to both my son and I by name—you’re not just a number, but instead feel part of a community. The staff work incredibly hard to make sure the Center is clean and the curriculum is very well thought out with tons of lessons and fun activities. I feel my son is building a great foundation, one that will make him well prepared for kindergarten!
