I do not recommend! Multiple occasions my sons came home in a heavy filled diaper. Owner tried to rip my son out of his fathers hand when he said something. Staff is rude, tried to get a point across and they said “you need to find a new daycare” and hung on me. Picking up and dropping off my son, he was hysterically crying. I found him mixed with older kids, and all the kids being locked into a table to sit there and to watch Cocomelon. Caught the directors kissing my son on his face. They only have 2 staff workers. No kitchen. Horrible experience! My son only went there for 2 weeks! Trust your gut when your kid is crying about going somewhere EVERYDAY!
My daughter went there for 3 days. She is 9 months old. She can not walk, or crawl. Apparently she was a playpen with a child with a full set of teeth. I understand these things could happen, however she cant even move. Why was she in a playhouse with a toddler kid? They called me and told me it was no big deal and it did not break skin. If you look at the picture, it most defiantly did. We had to take her to the Dr for an antibiotic. I had my dad gather her stuff while I was at work. When my husband called to speak with the director Mala, she did not return his call. Awful first daycare experience. Luckily she is somewhere now that gives us updates, and truly loves the kids they care for.
Amazing daycare!!! My kids have been going here for 2 years now and I don't write reviews that often but this daycare definitely deserves it. The staff is very helpful and understanding. The director multiple times went out of her way to accommodate to my schedule. Unfortunately, I am getting transferred to Virginia but I am wholeheartedly thankful for how they treated my daughter. Definitely a 5 star from me ( very clean, safe, and homely environment).
Well she failed to verbally tell me that she does not provide any food, not even a snack, she just had me sign papers without the mention so one the 1st day the staff member asked me where their lunch was.. so at that point I thought I just had to provide lunch, we went on a field trip I brought my friend. And my baby (1 year old) always cry’s with me, so my friend said something and the owner stated my 1 year old is good but my 3 year old whines all cry, first time I ever heard this.. mind u he is 3 and has a speech disability.. but he was whining bc he was hungry .. not to mention she charges $35 for an application fee each child but had me put both names on each paper. And on top of that she had me send $70 to a wrong cash app.. my 3 year old start peeing himself and throwing tantrums ever since he’s been at this daycare,
The worst daycare ever do not bring your kids here staff is very weird bad vibes come from there my kids were terrified to go here when you make a complaint they tell you your children can no longer attend please keep your children safe and away from here!!!
