We couldn’t be happier with this daycare! My daughter has been attending for 1 year, and the growth we’ve seen in her is amazing. The teachers are caring, patient, and truly treat the children like family. She comes home happy every day and is always excited to go back in the morning. The staff communicates clearly and keeps us updated on her activities and development. The facility is clean, safe, and welcoming. We feel completely at ease knowing she’s in such loving hands. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment
Magic Moments has made a meaningful difference in both of our children’s development. The staff have been incredibly supportive with speech therapy goals and have consistently accommodated special requests tailored to each child’s individual needs. They communicate well, are always available when we have questions, and genuinely care about our kids’ growth and well-being. What stands out most is the strong sense of community — it feels like a true partnership rather than just childcare. We’re grateful for the patience, professionalism, and dedication they show every day.
From the moment we walked in, we felt like part of the Magic moments family. The caregivers are loving, the environment is safe and welcoming, and my child absolutely thrives here. I would recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a home away from home.
*Revised* The daycare currently holds a 2.7-star rating, and I firmly believe every child deserves care that meets higher standards. Unfortunately, my experience has reflected the quality suggested by that rating. The facility has replaced the sign out front, hopefully they will work on the parking lots next. Fixing pot holes or re-marking parking lines. Meals did not appear to be well-balanced or nutritionally planned. My children served items like beans and hot dogs with Oreo cookies, and breakfast consisted of nothing more than a cup of yogurt. This does not align with any reputable nutrition guidelines for young children. Safety and supervision have been ongoing concerns. My daughter once had a bead stuck in her nose and was sent home without pants. My son was found chewing on a bead and walking around in only a pull-up. Injuries were frequent, and whenever I asked what happened, the common response was, “I have no idea.” That level of uncertainty is unacceptable. Unlike many childcare centers that incorporate structured learning curriculums—such as Carroll’s Affordable Curriculum, Learning with LeapFrog, or ABC Mouse—the staff was unable to let me know if any curriculum is being used at all. Potty training support could use some improvement; I was repeatedly told by staff there were no potty chairs available in their younger rooms, and potty training is not introduced until age three. Staff engagement and stability are also an issues. Employees are often on their phones, appear disengaged, and turnover is extremely high. It's possible that due to the lack of consistent staffing, accountability is very poor. There were multiple occasions where they did not know whether my child was present, and attendance logs were not properly maintained. This led to a serious incident that resulted in police involvement initiated by my son’s father. Administratively, the center struggles with providing basic documentation. Despite court requests for attendance records, they could not produce any. Additionally, the director appears to not remain neutral in co-parenting situations and has shown an unmistakable bias, making communication even more difficult. I have never experienced issues like this with any other daycare. This facility, however, has seemed to fallen short in nearly every area—safety, communication, curriculum, nutrition, staffing, and professionalism. Children, parents, and the staff deserve better. I truly hope that instead of becoming defensive, the daycare views this feedback as an opportunity to improve for the safety and well-being of the children in their care.
