Father of 5 and my children love it here ! The owner is the MOST SWEETEST and SOULFUL person you would ever meet . Teachers will make your Child(ren) feel comfortable! Just like home ! I see so many parents get upset because the Teachers give updates on what their child is doing .(Misbehaving )If you want CARING and LOVING Human beings that will make sure your Child is Safe and do active daily activities, i recommend all parents to this Child Care . Worst place to take your child. Rude and unprofessional. Children are not watched carefully, Consistently came home with bruises and bite marks that you have to ask them about. Less than a year in that place and my nephew had scarlet fever twice , hand foot and mouth , covid, rsv twice, pneumonia, bronchitis. I get kids get sick. But 2 times a month. They won’t notify you if anything happens to your child.
Terrible place to take your child. Teachers don’t communicate with parents about what’s going on with their children. Not to mention they never notify you of there is a transferable illness going around until your child catches it. Child always coming home with new bite marks and bruises and still the teacher gets upset if you ask to be notified about it. They won’t let you know if diapers are running low or wipes. Just all around unprofessional and bad attitudes from the teachers.
The teachers show no interest at all and caring for your child they don’t notify you if a scratch or bruise occurs. And once you ask them about it, they play victim like it didn’t happen there. I thought if I went to the Director herself about the issues I was having would help and solve my issue and she would handle the situation. But instead, she didn’t and told me I was mistreating her employees because I was asking her questions about my concerns over my child. I feel as enough that I’ve already went through with the Daycare the responses I received was emotionless and a disgrace.
