My daughter goes to her other daycare play and learn too! Very disappointed. My child used to loving going there until one of the workers decided to snatched my 3 yr old up by her shirt and ask who she thinks she is! Trying to work with them for a week on who it was my daughter Saif angela the lady in the kitchen! Angela pointed me to another broker. Thiwr cameras don't work! Nobody is trying to handle the situation l. Angela and Brooke keep coming up with excuse and Angela told me it was a young Spanish girl ( and it wasn't, my daughter clearly said Angela done it! I took her out today after they singled her out brought all 2 yr olds up and mover all the kids in her class to the 4 yr old class. (She will be 4 July 4th I was told the kids turned 4 or were about to🤔 so is she!) They singled ger out and she didn't want to stay. I refuse to be quiet and let this continue. If your child goes there please pay attention ! They're sneaky
This place is a joke!!! Would give zero stars as well. I do not recommend this daycare at all! First things first I had an open decision with the Owner of our child’s needs prior to doing the application for their services and I was informed that he’d be accommodated! He got accepted and started, mind you he was there for only “TWO DAYS “! I’ll make it short but he was compared to other children discriminated against because he did not nap or do what the other kids do or acted out more than them ! My child was Basically made out to be the problem child without directly saying it but as a parent you know! Much more I could add about this decision but I won’t make it to long! But when I Then came to confront the issue with the other owner, I was told they weren’t “equipped” to care for my child with his needs! But clearly we had a previous decision about all his needs prior to even applying to this day care! All I have to say to all you parents who look forward to taking your child there is, “If your child is delayed or in speech or anything at that matter like mine I do not recommend this daycare at all!” If your child does not reach their qualifications and standards your child won’t even be giving a chance!
