We are so grateful for Luv-n-Care Daycare! From the very beginning, the staff has shown genuine love, patience, and care for our child. It’s comforting to know that every day, our little one is in a safe, nurturing environment where they are encouraged to learn, grow, and have fun. The communication is excellent we always feel informed about our child’s day, development, and any updates. The caregivers truly treat the children like family, and that means everything to us as parents. The facility is clean, organized, and full of engaging activities that keep the kids happy and stimulated. We’ve seen so much progress in our child’s social and learning skills since joining Luv-n-Care. If you’re looking for a daycare that truly lives up to its name, this is the place. Highly recommended!

My one and a half year old daughter has been in a total of 4 daycares since she was 2 months old. I have had the worst experience with this facility that I could have imagined. Their employee turnover rate is something I have never seen before. It seems like there was a different person taking care of my daughter every day I would go to pick her up. There was multiple instances where she went home covered in dirt, food and who knows what else. The final straw was when they told me my one-year-old needed a behavioral plan as they called it for biting behavior. They told me "instead of using her words, she chooses to bite sometimes. It's excessive." I don't know about anyone else's one year old, but mine doesn't have very many words and it is not abnormal behavior for a 1 year old to bite things. She never broke skin and it happened a total of three times in the six months she attended daycare here. When I went to drop her off one of the last mornings, there was one teacher and EIGHT toddler's in one room. They do not have enough staff to sufficiently take care of the children they're supposed to look after. While we were leaving on my daughter's last day, the abrasive woman at the front desk told me that even though I paid for the entire month in full (DSHS co-payment), since I didn't give a two-week notice, I would be billed for the next two weeks out of pocket. This is not a "spiritual" or loving facility.

My son went to this daycare and i would not recommend it to anyone! First off robin the director was very rude! Any time i would have a conversation with her she didnt care what i had to say or about my problems! Nothing would get resolved. I had asked multiple times for different paper work i needed for my son and it would take multiple reminders and finally get what i needed about a week and a half later. My son would come out of daycare very dirty and a dirty face (all he needed was a baby wipe!) and shoes on the wrong feet which drove me crazy after i had mentioned to robin and other teachers there multiple times it still continued to happen and robin seemed to blow everything off! Yes i was not a cash paying customer but my co pay was pretty high regardless the kids should be receiving equal treatment! My final straw was when i had recieved multiple photos from an employee about the horrendous ROACH infestation ! My son was withdraw from the daycare and to add more salt to the wound my last co pay was somehow at $700 even though my son would no longer be attending for the upcoming month. To which robin explained that thats just how DSHS works... i paid my fee and never looked back! There were some great teachers at the daycare that were very under paid and eventually would find different jobs and leave because of the bad treatment and unfriendly atmosphere!

I was cautious about putting my kids in this daycare but of course when every other daycare is full you have to work with what is left. Started off good no issues. A few weeks in my infant was having allergic reactions to pollen and of course they were taking her outside after I asked that limit the amount of time she is outside. Not to mention they had no a/c in the class rooms which was not helpful at all for her breathing. Monica and Rebekah were awesome so was ms patty and Cindy but that’s about it there if they are still there. My one year old got pushed into the waddler/toddlers room right after she turned one too soon to be in a class room with 2-3 year olds The last straw for me was when one of the teachers showed me a picture of my one year old covered head to toe in dirt so much dirty she was completely gray. No one told me why she had on different clothes or anything lucky the teacher knew it wasn’t right to hide it from me. That night we had to take her to the urgent care she was throwing up wood chips and clucks of milk with dirt in it. Needless to say my kids are all at kid kare where they are well better off and safer

Director Lillian is very unresponsive and doesn't communicate well. She ask for proof of childcare subsidy which I provided but she hasn't returned my email. Site supervisor was very nice but new and all pricing information is handled through the director.
