My 2 Boys Absolutely Love It Here‼️ They've Grown So Much Since They've Started Going Here. My Youngest Son Uses His Words More Thanks To Ms. Taleea & My Oldest Son Started Using The Potty On His Own Because Of Ms. Candice. I'm Thankful For The Way The Staff Communicate, I Love All The Staff It's Not A Time I've Came In And They Didn't Have A Smile On Their Face.This Center Definitely Feels Like Home Thank You For All That You Do Even When You Don't Feel Like It ❤️

Three of my children attend this branch and the teachers here have been amazing. They are very patient with my children and don’t mind the screaming and crying that my youngest children do. The teachers are able to easily calm tantrums and have done a great job at encouraging new learning experiences for my children. Also, this center takes the kids on some pretty cool field trips and send frequent updates on how their day is going. The director is easy to talk to and easily accessible. I’m comparison to our prior daycare experiences, I am so pleased to have chose Loving Cups Academy for my childcare needs.

My daughter has been going to this facility since 2017 and the only reason I haven’t taken her out is because she knows the staff and I’m afraid of going elsewhere. The staff can use a lot of polishing up on how they handle situations and the kids because I have been a witness to the staff members getting into heated arguments in front of kids and have even witnessed the staff do a poor job dealing with children and they need to be have stronger child supervision because there is no way my child should be getting hurt the way she has in the past year or so while at daycare. I feel it’s unacceptable and that they really need to do a better job when it’s come to supervision, I shouldn’t have to receive phone calls about my child being hurt when I think she is in a safe place. Overall, the daycare is evolving in the best way and that’s something I’ve been able to witness firsthand and I believe the daycare is getting better. It does have its ups and downs but overall this is a descent daycare and my daughter loves it here.

This is By Far the worst Daycare Facility I have ever had my Children attend. Staff members do not always supervise the children. I have personally seen teachers yell & scream at children. I have witnessed children running around without supervision as well as staff bully children & children bully other children while staff members just sat around and did nothing. I have used other Loving Cup kids Academy schools & have never experienced what I have experienced here at the Richmond heights location. When my Children attended there were issues and allegations made on me that were not true. The allegations were made because They were verbally emotionally and physically abusing my disabled children. When I asked to speak to the director I was told "No" when I asked to review the cameras I a told no. The daily Manager Was very Hostile as well as some of the Staff members. I would recommend going to Loving Cup kids Academy on State or Ridge Road in Cleveland. This Facility here in Richmond needs to be under investigation. They need to hire new people. Non abusive people. People that care about the children instead people who only care about them themselves. Do Not! Send your Children Here! Oh and it would only let me post if I have one star! They Get No stars from myself or family

I came in to pick up my daughter and some lil boy kept trying to hug me.. obviously they dont have tight supervision plus yall cant be exchanging weed while at work. yall cant talk bad about the kids that need a little more attention. Treat all the kids fairly no matter what and thats not something they do at loving cup. The daycare workers will discuss which kid is “too irritating” thats not right. Maybe if yall didnt get high at work your emotions and attitudes wont be all over the place.
