Early Steps Learning Center

Definitely recommend! I have been interested in Early Steps for my son after a friend of mine encouraged me to enroll. From the beginning I was greeted with professionalism. The enrollment process went smooth. There was never a time I feared for his safety. Their Covid protocols help keep the children and staff safe. He began signing in the infant room and has little friends. The teachers always greet you with a smile (one can see a smile under a mask). Communication is great! I feel like they genuinely care about my son.

I love Early Steps! It has prepared my 4 year old for Kindergarten and has offered so much support to my family and I. I am a young mother and often feel overwhelmed by the constant need to support my child. I was always comforted knowing that I was leaving her in the hands of kind teachers who care about our children and make sure they are safe. I would recommend all families to take a tour! I couldn't be happier with my decision to visit and make my baby girl's home here!!

I too wanted my girls to go here... and we are a military family and informed them we had to have child care.... we were told they had to check on some things and i even offered to pay the deposit to ensure that my girls had a place. We call numerous times no call back so my husband and I finally just showed up in person and was told that we couldn't be seen. There was always an excuse. Finally, after at least 8 calls and 2 separate visits we gave up.... a place this disorganized is no place for our girls. Unacceptable! Now I find myself looking for a summer camp again and they popped up and thought about maybe giving them a 2nd chance.... maybe they have New people.... then I saw Katrinas review and realized nothing has changed.... So be aware!

I love this daycare. The staff is nice and polite!! I’m sadden that I have to move my son out of there because I need longer hours but I would recommend early learning steps to anyone! Love Ms Gaffney she’s awesome!!!

This place is horrible....i had my son signed up to go here....they waited until the night before to tell me he couldn't attend because he would be part time....i dont understand why i want informed of this information before hand.....then they said they would reimburse my registration fee since i could not send my son there....i was told by the director that the check would show in the mail in 8 weeks.....i called them 10 weeks later and the director told me she never said that and that i will not get my money back and to have a nice day. Horrible way to run a business they just stole money from me they waited until i paid to tell me my son couldn't attend.
