They dont answer phones reliably. Dont think you can call and have them get your kid ready. If you are onboarding, they will ignore you, not give you call backs or follow ups. The clerical level there is equipment to a high school child. They will even assure you that you will get a call back. Im goin on week 2.... no callback. Ive called them 11 times. 4 different days. On a good note, my kids like the place. From a business standpoint, they are horrrible and that Mr. James guy who runs it cares very little if at all about your concerns or making himself available for feedback.
I filled out all paperwork, dropped it off day before so they had time to go through it. Showed up when the owner James told me my children would start and the receptionist was horrible, she called me a liar and told me that it wasn't up to the owner and that she decides everything so it's best I find a new daycare. The most horrible interaction that I have ever had, why she is the front of the house is beyond me, she clearly lacks people skills.
My daughter attended this daycare for about 5 yrs. Never have i had a major problem that concered me. The staff has always been so wonderful and my daughter was always happy when i picked her up. The hours here are awesome especially when you have to work at 5 am most daycares arent open at that time.
Terrible experience! My son went there for two days and on his second day he was sitting in his own poop crying in a corner while all the other kids were asleep. My son is 4 and we literally had to scrub the poop off of him. He was so upset and embarrassed. The teacher did not contact me and did not care about anything. She said my son ruined her routine because he only came half the day. Never again! Later on I found out a couple friends on Facebook had a terrible experience as well.
Absolutely love this place... My daughter has been coming here for almost 4 years and enjoys herself.... it's been amazing watching her grow and learn new things every day . Great staff and management Would recommend them 100%
