While we loved some of the teachers, there was constant turnover and we left due to issues adding up. Communication was not consistent or clear. Several teachers were constantly on their cellphones. I’ve heard children being yelled at. A child got out of the building, and nothing past “make sure to check your children in with the app” was communicated to the parents. The latest report on Colorado Shines details the incident and several other issues found during the investigation. The price is reasonable, but I wouldn’t recommend sending your kids here.

Our daughter has been going there for a while and loves it. All the staff are women so I don't have to worry about the #1 risk I'm concerned about. And sure, its not the highest quality place ever - you won't see state of the art upgrades, super motivated teachers (they've been GREAT with our kid despite some of the other reviews on here), or microwaved meals - but I have a happy child every day, caring teachers, state certified and follows standards, and good communication (Dana is a great director as far as I've seen) - all for a great price. That makes it a 5 star value to me. Some of the 1 star reviews in here have top price expectations for a very competitively priced daycare... either pay for a top tier daycare or don't leave a review if you're not going to factor in price.

Tiny Violets is a phenomenal, well managed daycare. Extremely pleased that they take such great care of both kids, show flexibility with part time (even for newborns) & are always approachable. Dana is a great Director and the teachers truly care. All in all, wonderful, trustworthy hidden gem.

I LOVE Tiny Violets- including the director Dana, assistant director Destiny, and all the teachers!!! We have had our two foster babies- a toddler and an infant- enrolled here the last five months. With foster care, we have so many moving parts- visit schedules, appointments, caseworkers picking up/dropping off kids, early intervention therapies, and of course trauma/changes impacting the kids themselves. The Tiny Violets staff have handled all of our complexity with the utmost flexibility and have maintained top-notch communication with me through it all. I have always felt the most comfortable on the days my kids are at Tiny Violets. I feel confident that my kids are safe, that I will be notified quickly if staff have any concerns, that my kids are SO well loved there, and that they are being exposed to new, fun, and favorite experiences. The staff are so professional, and they have always figured out the right next steps to move my kids toward achieving their milestones. They do use a curriculum to guide learning, and they infuse every activity with age appropriate play and fun! I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the backyard for outside play time, that staff value free play and dirty exploration, and that Tiny Violets contracts with a guest forest school teacher seasonally. To me, Tiny Violets has felt like a very cozy, authentic, and laid back daycare- yet I can only describe them as FIERCE in their loyalty, protection, and love toward my kids. Honestly, the proof is in my kids. Both kids have thrived at Tiny Violets. My toddler with language delays is showing RAPID language growth. My infant with gross motor delays has caught up! I am seriously INFINITELY thankful for Tiny Violets. There's not a thing I'd change about it.

My boys attended here for a couple years, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Unfortunately we had to move, we will miss it! The staff is very professional, well-trained, and truly caring. Dana has made some amazing improvements to the center, and the entire team has always taken the time to listen to our needs when it comes to my kids. We appreciate the dedication and effort they put into creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment. Highly recommend! Thank you for taking wonderful care of my little loves, We will miss you! 🥺
