Volunteering at Los Niños Primero profoundly transformed my life. Witnessing the kids thrive and joyfully engage in their classes brought me immense happiness. The volunteer experience was incredibly rewarding, with generous breaks, a well-stocked volunteer room filled with snacks and games, and exceptional leadership workshops and meals. Los Niños Primero goes beyond merely fulfilling service hour requirements; it truly invests in its volunteers' growth. I developed greater passion, empathy, and connection with both the children and the teachers, who were all incredibly kind. I had the opportunity to participate in yoga and music classes, finding as much joy in them as the kids did. Los Niños Primero is excellently equipped to support children at every stage—whether as students, future volunteers, ambassadors, or coordinators. Love Los Niños Primero!! I volunteered throughout high school and was in intern during my undergrad, and I saw the positive impact first hand LNP and their team have on the kids and overall Sandy Springs/ Latinx community through their educational and summer programs. These program not only provide both children and parents with many resources, but the care that goes towards every single child from the amazing staff truly is reflected in their educational and social advancements all while having fun! Could not recommend enough!!
I have lived in Sandy Springs for 24 years. It's a superb city! Los Niños Primero is a remarkable nonprofit which serves our Latino community with meaningful educational programs. I am very impressed with their work and their longevity serving in Sandy Springs. Keep up the great work!
I can't say enough good things about LNP. The program has been a blessing to our Family. I have 2 children who have attended summer school as well as Saturday school. They also have different extra programs like soccer in which my son participates. They have helped my kids so much. Ashley and Maritza have been amazing. I love that my daughter wants to be a teacher. She always says it's because how amazing her teachers at LNP are. I also really like the Celebrations they have through out the year, like Dia Del Nino. I am beyond great full for there help to our community. Thank you so much LNP!
