Our family has used this daycare for over 2 years. The staff here are absolutely incredible. Any concern or issue we have had is always promptly addressed. Rachel, Jose, Joelle, Nancy, Loretta and all of the staff are so kind and loving. I never have to worry about the quality of care my children are receiving. So thankful for Lords and Ladies.♡
I had a terrible experience working with them as well as having my son go there. Getting my first paycheck was so hard I still haven’t received my last paycheck. I’ve reached out to the center and to the owner only to be ignored! My son got sick I’m not sure if it was from introducing him to new germs or his teacher kissing on him, after asking her not to she continued to kiss him . He is a breast fed baby and refuses a bottle which he started doing there, but I was felt it was inconvenient of me for others if I needed to go nurse him. Which I got breaks to go pump so it doesn’t make much sense that it would be inconvenient if I needed a break anyway. I also seen a teacher grab the smaller children by their arms and squeeze when she got frustrated because they wouldn’t listen. I just would NOT recommend it at all!!
My son has been going there 2 years now . Awesome teachers, very friendly and caring highly recommend! 5 stars from me
My son loves it! No tears in the mornings, runs right to bis class and tells us bye as an after thought.
My daughter went to this day care. We loved the teachers and staff.
