I will not recommend this daycare to anyone! My daughter was there for 4 days and within those days, she was either wet or pooped through her clothes when I picked her up. More so, they had a breakout for the hands foot and mouth disease and didn’t mention it to me. They let the kid in question into the classroom with other kids and my daughter contacted it, when i asked why i wasn’t aware of it the director Lindsey told me they had a notice on the table but mind you my daughter has only been there a couple of days so we’re still getting a hank of everything so i asked why i never got an email or anything and why was the kid allowed to associate with the others. She proceeded to gaslight me telling me “ it’s normal “ “every kid has gotten it”. I really wanted to give a zero start, my 10 month old daughter is at home miserable, can’t hardly eat or sleep. This was our very first daycare and they definitely left a sour taste in our mouth.
My son attended this daycare from about 7 months old to 18 months old. This is our first child, so we were pretty nervous about enrolling him in a daycare center. The staff at Lollipop are very personable and both the Director and Coordinator are very communicative and great to talk to. Any questions we had in the first few weeks (which were many) were answered and given a full explanation in a timely manner. Any special requests we had about his care were well received, or we found a compromise when needed. There is very little staff turnover, in the time we were there, no one quit and I think two new staff were hired that we interacted with. Some days when I went to pick up, my son didn't want to leave. We're very sad to be moving and finding new care.
I was very nervous about bringing my three year old daughter to a daycare/preschool because she has been in my Aunts care since she was born. I was recommended Lollipop Patch from a friend and I absolutely love it there. My daughter transitioned really well and she enjoys all of the teachers and the kids. Natalie does an amazing job of making sure that the kids are safe and well taken care of always. I am planning on bringing my newborn there in October. I would recommend Lollipop Patch to anyone that wants a daycare they can trust!
Could not be happier with them. I brought my daughter after she had issues at another daycare. I was open with them and they were with me. They are patient with her and willing to work with me and her therapist to help get my daughter eady for kindergarten next year. The time she has been at Lollipop, she has grown a lot (socially, emotionally, and educationally). Highly recommend!
I have 4 children ranging in age from 18 to 5. All of them went to Lollipop Patch. I have loved this place from day 1. The owner Debbie is. phenomenal. Her daughter Natalie was helping out there when she was still small and now helps run the day to day. I have always known every single day that my kids were safe and were given the best care. I cant recommend this place enough. I especially want to thank kathy for being so patient and amazing to my youngest who took a while adjusting to not being at home with his mommy every day and taking such great care of my other kids too. Best day care/preschool ever. I have no more kids to send there so its a mixed thing. How do you thank people who loved your kids like you when you couldnt? They are the best!
