Logan Express

Absolutely awful experience. Flew into Logan, flight was supposed to Arrive 10:15pm, got delayed an hour, and our bags took over 45 mins to arrive at baggage claim, so by the time we got our bag it was shortly after 12am. Find out that the next bus won't arrive for AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES. It's midnight, I've been on a plane for hours, I have an hour plus drive home from the garage and this garbage company thinks they can strand me at the airport for over an hour more? I call and they wont send out another bus. Why on Earth when they KNOW flights are coming in late because of delays do they decide to stop running every half hour? We had to get an uber for over $100 to get back to our car. When we finally DO get there and try to pay, it says my ticket was already used to exit (which is obviously a lie). I have to go back into the office to pay at the window (where the attendant DOESNT give the ticket back after paying and says to "say your name into the intercom at the gate and he will let you out". What nonsense is this? Needless to say I am doing a chargeback on this, I refuse to pay for something where I am held hostage at an airport. I will never again in my life use this service, and I will consider it a win if I can prevent one other person from using this garbage "service".

Amazing Trip. my trip into Logag at 3 pm took like 30 mins. and my return at 8 pm took 30 mins. The drivers both ways were amazing and friendly and were very calmly negotiating 4 wheelers. (truthfully...if you want to avoid traffic follow logan express drivers.) The experience these drivers bring to this experience really shows. The Busses were very clean inside and out. No trash and surfaces were clean. outside bus was shiny and clean even after a snow event. Last Point. The app was easy to use...to help speed on entry. I highly recomend Logan Express. I was completely satisfied.

Honestly, though very convenient and WAY more affordable than airport, my first time taking it and half the cars look abandoned. I missed the 4:30 bus by 2 minutes because two many of the lots were taken up. It’s a commuter bus too for airport workers so I imagine they are taking up so many spots. GET THERE 30 minutes earlier than NEEDED.

Great experience! Found a parking spot & didn't break the bank when we left a few days later, clean bus, the kids rode for free. Netween parking & my round trip tickets this part of our trip cost under $50! We waited under 5 minutes to board to go to Logan & about 20 @Logan to come back. This service eliminates a major stressor from my trip- getting in & out of the airport.

Wonderful way to get to the airport. Only 9$ and you're there in 30 minutes. Staff was friendly. I got dropped off so I didn't use the garage. But looks like there would be plenty of parking.
