Extremely unprofessional. I've had disciplinary problems with my daughter for months at this facility, tried to talk with the daycare on multiple occasions about different forms of disciplinary action, only to have those options ignored, and the problem not addressed. When raising concern to the owner after multiple incidents, was told that my daughter was no longer going to be cared for on my weeks, but was ok to be watched on her mother's time. Completely disgraceful. Employees are rude, and walk around barefoot wearing sweatpants and unprofessional clothing. More times than I can count when picking up my child I get told that they don't know where she is at. even my 4 and a half year old daughter told me on multiple occasions that the employees were mean to her. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
They self diagnosed my daughter with autism without bringing up any concerns to me. If your child isn’t compliant constantly they will label your child with a disorder, I tried to bring up my concerns and they just denied the whole time even though I had physical proof they did so. Do NOT bring your children to this daycare if you want workers that actually pay attention to your children’s needs.
They label children with disorders with no proof of such disorders because they feel this means they do not have to care for the child's concerns. IF YOUR CHILD HAS A DISABILITY DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. THEY USE DISABILITY/LABELS AS AN EXCUSE TO IGNORE YOUR CHILD.
They're apparently not accepting children under 3 years old now. So good luck mommies. (So it it started a week ago/or so) was told yesterday afternoon. Hopefully it's not true. But OH WELL.
They kicked my 2 and 3 year old children out within 4 hours because they couldn't keep my child in the classroom. Apparently that was too difficult. They're rude and apparently extremely lazy.
