We absolutely love this daycare! It’s been such a wonderful experience for our daughter—she was thriving, happy, and always excited to go. It is so clean, well-organized, and clearly run by people who truly care about the children. You can feel the love and attention they pour into everything they do. We’re incredibly grateful for the nurturing environment they’ve created, we had full peace of mind knowing our daughter was in such good hands. We’re already looking forward to sending our baby son there when the time comes. Couldn’t ask for a better place! Thank you AWOD, we love you!
Enrolling my daughter at A World of Discovery is one of the best decisions I have made. I wish I would have found this school sooner. From our first interaction with Mrs. Leslie and her team, we could feel the passion and commitment they have for what they do. My daughter has thrived in this environment and loves going to school. If you’re looking for a preschool that treats you like family while providing a top-notch learning experience, A World of Discovery is the perfect choice! Highly recommend!
My babygirl, Winnie, is the most important earthly being to me, and as her mother my job is to ensure her edification, happiness, and health. I'm writing this review having my daughter's best interest in mind. I believe confidently that at AWod, she is in a place that fosters learning and play. Yes, I'd love to walk my daughter to her classroom, but I understand regulation and the importance of safety. I drop my daughter off to very nice team members and she is excited to go, I pick her up and she tells me she had a great day with friends, and she loves her teachers. It can be scary to leave your baby with people that you don't know personally and it's a big step, but when I trusted AWod a year ago with my 2-years-old daughter at the time, they have proven that they care for children. I don't care if they know my name, I care that they know her name and they all do, and I am grateful; they open the car door, and smile, while singing her name. I bring her to school and I know she is safe and that is the greatest feeling. They are always available when I call or message. I was on the waiting list for a year, and I am thankful I did not settle. They have several theme weeks and celebrations throughout the year that are thoughtful. The team is great, patient, and strict, with wiggle room. I appreciate all their efforts. Thank you to Miss Leslie and Miss Carolina, for all you do for the love of children, and their happiness. I applaud you both for not letting parents feelings get in the way of making sure that the kids get the best experience. Lastly, to Miss Julie and Miss Angela, words are not enough to thank you for the kindness you gave my daughter as her teachers for one whole year. I remember when my daughter would see her teacher from the car, and shout their name, and get so animated, so happy, to see them. She would also add, "I think she likes me". I would smile, and ask "do you like her?", and she would reply "yes", with a vigorous head nod, and a smile. She has started with a new teacher this school year, and she loves her new teacher, Miss Patti, but misses Miss Julie and Miss Angela so much. Thank you for being more than good to my baby. The first people outside of family to care for her. With all my heart, you both were a blessing to me, my husband, and to my daughter. Sincerely, Winnie's mom
I can’t say enough good things about A World of Discovery! This daycare has been an absolute blessing for our family. From the very first day, we felt welcomed and completely at ease knowing our daughter was in the best hands. The teachers and staff are truly exceptional—every single one of them is kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The environment is nurturing, educational, and full of fun and creativity. Our daughter has not only grown academically but has also blossomed socially and emotionally, and we credit so much of that to the care and guidance she’s received here. Every day, she comes home excited to share what she learned and the fun she had with her friends and teachers. A World of Discovery is more than just a daycare—it’s a second home. We’re endlessly grateful for the amazing people who make it such a special place. They’ve set the bar incredibly high, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to any family looking for a safe and loving learning environment.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this preschool academy. I have three children currently enrolled, two of whom have been here since infancy, and one who is four years old and autistic. The amount of growth and progress all three of my children have made is nothing short of incredible. This is the safest, happiest, and most supportive environment my autistic son has ever experienced in a preschool setting. His teacher, Ms. Paola, has been absolutely amazing with him. She is patient, loving, and truly understands how to support his unique needs. Thanks to her dedication and care, he has made incredible developmental strides, and most importantly—he feels safe, happy, and understood. My twins are thriving too—they’re bright, bilingual, and so excited to go to school each day. The love and attention they receive from their teachers truly shows, and I’m always confident they’re in excellent hands while I’m at work. The entire staff deserves recognition—from the warm and friendly ladies at the drop-off line (Ms. Rosie and Ms. Walkie), to the nurturing and skilled teachers (Ms. Andrea, Ms. Flor, Ms. Nancy, Ms.Adriana), to the amazing administration team. Ms.Leslie and Ms. Carolina are especially outstanding—always approachable, compassionate, and deeply involved. I always feel informed about my children’s progress, and any questions or concerns I have are addressed quickly and thoughtfully. It’s a rare and beautiful thing to find a place where your children are not just cared for, but genuinely loved. This school is a true gem, and we are so grateful to be a part of it.
