Now that my children no longer attend this daycare, I feel comfortable sharing my honest review. While there are some staff members we genuinely appreciated and our kids made meaningful connections, the overall experience was deeply troubling. The biggest issue was safety and supervision. Our 14-month-old had seven separate incidents in just 6–8 weeks, including a severe head injury from hitting a bookshelf that left a permanent mark. In some weeks, she was hurt multiple times just days apart. She was also bitten multiple times by the same child, including one bite that broke the skin. When we addressed this with the assistant director, our concerns were downplayed, and we were told it was “to be expected.” Despite multiple children being injured by the same child, that child was never removed, which made us feel financial gain was prioritized over safety. One morning, we dropped her off at 7 a.m., and by 9 a.m., she had been physically attacked by another child, coming home with scratches on her face. Our 3-year-old, who was nearly potty trained, was sent in underwear but often came home in pull-ups — despite clear communication that he didn’t need them. He also came home upset, saying another child had hit or pushed him. Staff told us he “fell,” even when we witnessed another child push him ourselves. We raised concerns about the dangerous bookshelf and other hazards. Temporary fixes, like rubber bumpers, were put in place but not maintained. For a daycare charging $2,000/month, this level of care is unacceptable. Despite repeated conversations, no meaningful changes were made. We ultimately left because we no longer felt our children were safe here.

I have had my 3 children in a variety of child care centers across 3 different states. For my children, knowing they are comfortable in a place is my utmost priority and I measure that with the joy they show in the morning upon arrival and the sometimes disappointment they experience when they are picked up. Most importantly, I love the individual feedback on my child I hear from teachers and staff. My daughter has speech delay and gets overwhelmed in large groups so after much deliberation on a facility, I held my breath when she was enrolled here. I have had to remove all 3 of my children from places that did not treat them with respect, and gave my daughter time to adjust and soaked in the vibe of the staff and students alike. I am SO pleased on how they have genuinely loved her. This place is a "diamond in the rough" for me so don't pass it by. Special shout out to Ms. Anna for the love she radiates in this center and Ms. Amber who my daughter adores!

My children went to Little Tykes for a little over 6 months, and I can say we had a great experience here from the first day. All the teachers there are great very nice, my kids really liked their teachers .Ms. Harris was my daughter's teacher and she absolutely LOVED her she would always talk about what Ms. Harris was teaching her and would come home will all kinds of arts and crafts, Mrs. Anna always greeted us so kindly every morning and addressed any questions or concerns I had. There was another teacher that was there near closing time I can't seem to remember her name (I'm so sorry ill probably remember after submitting this review) long curly soft orange-ish brownish hair she was very nice and would joke around with the kids as they were leaving. Overall, we had a great experience and if it weren't for having to move away we wouldn't have left, thank you Little Tykes!

Little Tyke has great staff and great activities. My son has been there for 6 months (he is now 15 months old) and he has developed socially and physically as a toddler. He can stack blocks, play and be full of fun. His teachers update us everyday and provide great care from: weekly activities, playing stations and a clean environment. He has yet to show fear or crying when he goes, so I know he enjoys this daycare and his teachers. And when we drop him off he is ready to play with his little friends, such a great place!

My baby have been attending this school for 6 months an the director was wonderful at first. Ms Anna expressed concern about turnover recently which became noticeable due to the lack of structure in the school. When picking up our 12 month old on thursday 3/31 an my daughters left cheek had about 8 scratches . I addressed it with the director the next morning . Upon picking up my daughter on Friday evening, the other side of her face was all scratched up. I addressed it again with the director at that moment . I was told that its normal for kids this age to scratch & bite . I contacted corporate an was advised that the owner would call me back the next day . Ive not received a call from anyone. I removed my child from this school an im extremely disappointed with the lack of concern little tykes has shown to my child..
