What Parents Say
Little Tin Soldiers has mixed reviews with significant operational concerns. While some parents praise caring teachers and summer activities, multiple reviewers report chronic staffing issues, unprofessional behavior, poor organization, frequent closures due to weather, and inconsistent care standards.
My baby loves this daycare. She’s been there for ~ a year. They are transparent & the teachers truly care about her well-being. They also take the kids on many trips during the Summer. Happy Mom
This daycare js amazing with my kids and the owner is very sweet. Kids always have fun
If your looking for a daycare keep looking this is not it! Never open on time, always and excuse why. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I've walked in several times and was not greeted. Often times I've walked in on the ladies including Ms. Kristy(head lady in charge) gossiping. Many of the few ladies who work there look like they are on drugs including Ms. Kristy. This daycare has GREAT potential but due to poor leadership has failed tremendously over the years on the child care end of things. They are never consistent with keeping people that they hire it's someone new coming in and out every two weeks. This daycare is really a joke and I'm surprise it's still standing. If you wanna make it to work on time and make sure your child get to school safe and on time without fender benders on the highway please reconsider.
It use to be a good place. They started going down when they started switching teachers my kids go here but will be leaving soon. Every time I talk to an old teacher they said they left because of ms Jackie or because their pay wasn’t right they have young girls in there now look like children themselves. The director is nice but they way they run it is done poorly they always have notes typed up on the door for something. Lol
Good providers, but will close entire facility at any chance of bad weather regardless of schools in the area. Last year they stayed closed for several days in a row because they refused to get the snow plowed in their parking lot. If you don't have a back-up and need someone to rely on in the winter this is not the place for you.
