What Parents Say
Little Thinkers receives mostly positive reviews praising caring, attentive staff who build strong relationships with children and parents. However, one parent had a negative experience involving termination due to illness absence and cited lack of cameras and communication systems despite being told otherwise.
I would 100% recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a loving place to care for their children. As a first time parent at 19, I chose this daycare for my oldest to come to when she was 3 months old and I was glad this was where she landed. She was always cared for and showered with love and the teachers became family. I had a baby 14 years later and was scrambling trying to figure out where to take my baby since I no longer stayed near this center. I kept going back and forth and finally decided to bring my baby to Little Thinkers, even though it would require me traveling out of my way bc I was that confident that I would have nothing to worry about. You hear a lot of horror stories about daycares, but I never once heard a bad thing about this one. It has been the best decision I could have ever made. I have a very picky baby and not once did anyone complain when they had to accommodate her eating habits in the baby room. They never made her out to be a difficult child and always reassured me she would be okay by sending updates in the app. If you are looking for a loving daycare where your child will be loved and cared for, Little Thinkers is the place for you!! Thank you Kim for always showering my baby with love, and thank you to all of the other teachers that show my baby love each and every day!!
I started bringing my littles here within a few days of them being placed with me. Mrs. Kim was amazing to work with so I didn't miss too much work while we waited for the vouchers to be competed. Everyone was very understanding of our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our family was taken care of. When one got into the pre-k program at the school (where her sister attends) they let little miss participate in the graduation they held for the incoming kinders. I'm so glad this place was recommended to me as is been a blessing. Special shout out to Miss Jennifer, my littles just love her and her energy is infections!
These people are trying to say that they did not have enrolled at their school Infant or toddler children, which is a Crazy Bold Face lie. Parents be aware. I don’t know if they’re using AI to reply to the review, but they did not take care of my children well, and I have evidence set my kids were enrolled at the school and recorded what my daughter told me.
Our little guy (started at 2mo now 18mo) has absolutely loved it here! Everyone knows his name and is always kind to us. My biggest admiration is how much his teachers and the staff have taught him. He comes home with new dances, new learning skills, and new positive habits influenced by everyone here! Our second little one is on the way and we’re excited to have them learn and make more friends like our first.
My children attended little thinkers LLC maybe a total of three times. My 1 year old got sick day two of attending school which is to be expected, they missed numerous days of school which I called and spoke to the director myself and let her know my kids were sick. I have a 1yr old and a 5month old so they feed off each others germs making the sickness last longer and spreading to her sibling. With that being said the director decided to terminate my kids from the daycare with out letting me know. So unprofessional! How do you terminate children for being sick? And then not reach out to the parents. Not to mention the school sent out a message about a bug going around and not to bring the kids to school with certain symptoms. I feel the director Roxanne is very unprofessional, she was rude to me over the phone when speaking to her and told me my kids were terminated for missing to many days and “she doesn’t get paid that way” that’s all she kept repeating is that “she doesn’t get paid that way” so that tells me a lot about how you run your facility. On top of not having cameras which I was told they did when I toured and on top of not having a functioning system for there one year old class to get updates on my child through out the day which was also told to me they had. The staff was extremely nice especially Ms. Angela in the baby classroom she was so super sweet and gentle with my baby, gave updates through the app, sent pictures through the app, even reached out to Check on my child while she was out. Good daycares are hard to find and trust with your children and the director not being able to communicate effectively was certainly unacceptable experience for my kids first start to daycare.
