My daughter hates coming here. I informed the owner prior to my daughter going about some issues she’s had and the owner didn’t feel the need to tell her staff who watch my child. I haven’t received any incident reports so if anything happens I’ll have to sue. This place is dirty. Half of the staff don’t speak English which isn’t an issue with Spanish speaking children, but they have difficulty understanding so it’s a concern when around my child: also half of the staff that speak Spanish aren’t listed as staff; which is weird because they should be. When I addressed my concerns about my child she pretty much tried to blame my child and told me my daughter needs to go elsewhere instead of apologizing and fixing whatever issue. The staff also treats their children better than others and just seems like the owner doesn’t care about children just a place for her children to go when she’s busy. Places like this tend to mistreat children especially children with special needs.
I really enjoyed my experience! It was my very first time putting my baby in daycare and Franchesca made me feel like family! My daughter learned how to play and eat on her own. I received updates and her teacher was so professional yet friendly. They truly care about each individual child and family.
This place has taken care of my daughter Julaysa since she was 1 going on 2 yrs old. I must admit that at first I was scared being that it was my first time separating from her, but Francisca did a tremendous job in making me feel comfortable and updated me of my daughters process and well being. We moved from Fort Worth and till this day Little Steps Academy takes care of my daughter who is 5 yrs old now and she is always wanting to go “to her daycare” like she tells me. Ms. Shannon always taking care of my daughter and all the kids like they are her own! The teachers here are also great! If you are looking for a good trustworthy place this is the place!
My son grew so much from attending this daycare. From the teachers to the owner I never had a bad experience. At the beginning it was a hard transition for my son but as time went on he grew excited to attend. Ms. Sharon will forever be his favorite teacher. Thank you all so much for helping my son grow, and providing me with the peace of mind knowing he was safe with you! Thank you! Definitely recommend.
This place is terrible. No structure very unprofessional. The kids are always running around pushing and shoving, nasty nose screaming and crying. The workers just let them do what they want to. The owner is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She can never show you the tape of what is going on and will not meet with you. But she want you to pay even if your child is not there. If you call her out on her BS she will drop your child. It is 100 a week do it's cheap. So you can bet you not getting good service.
