Very professional and genuine! I love all of the ladies here and they always took care of my two boys. They always kept my kids learning and playing while in their care. I was hesitant with my first son but my nerves shortly vanished. One main thing that grabbed my attention was their camera system. I was able to access it to see my children playing and it really comforted me. Super sad to be leaving such a wonderful daycare. You will quickly realize how informative and caring they are for your children. Don't bother looking anywhere else, you won't regret it! Thank you ladies for everything you have done for us! We will miss you all dearly! ❤️

I absolutely adore this daycare. I was so hesitant to put my baby into daycare for the first time, especially during a pandemic, but I made the right choice. They have live cameras that I check often and get to see what she’s doing for the day, they always talk with me at pickup time and let me know how her day went and provide me with a daily sheet saying what she ate, needs, when she was changed, etc. Her teachers are amazing and I can tell she’s really been improving in her communication at home. We’re able to align discipline and learning tools at home with her teachers at her daycare to ensure the learning aligns in both places and it has helped us so much as first time parents.

This place was sketchy from the jump, they weren’t that welcoming. Dakota cried for dear life every time we dropped her off. Academy in the name was very misleading, there was not summary of her day, lesson plans, etc. The cameras don’t work it freezes then play every 10-20 seconds. Every time I looked they were either taking a nap or just sitting there. Dakota goals were speech and potty training and there wasn’t any improvement in either one. But the real problem started recently when another parent let the door close for me and my daughter. After I address her she became offensive and the two teachers jumped in and attack me and sided with her. Interactions with the staff after that became more condescending, while discussing issues with management the kids were taken to the playground where my fiancé witnessed abuse of my daughter, Dakota. The teacher and my fiancé exchanged words which led to the teacher saying “F*** you” and putting up her middle finger. The management witness this and told us that we would have a meeting with the owner about the teacher’s behavior and a solution. I later got a call that my daughter was unenrolled. No apology, no solution, nothing. Discrimination is a hard pill to swallow, mistreatment could be excused as anything else but it’s difficult to know that if I were white my daughter would still be in daycare. Legal action will soon follow. Video upon request.

I absolutely love this day care and so do my kids! They let me know everything that goes on with my kids through the day, they have live security cameras that i can check on my kids through out the day and they are very professional. 10/10 recommend.

I have sent both of my children here and we love the ladies. This is the ONLY child care center here in Toledo with security cameras that gives parents peace of mind of checking in any time they want to see their children.
