If you are looking for a reliable place to watch your kids while you are at work, look elsewhere. If you aren't willing or able to pay an additional $55 for the pool pass or have any issues with your child going to the pool during the day, your kid will not be able to attend that day. No exceptions - and its not their problem you will need to find different care. They will tell you they don't have the staff to do both, and clearly taking the kids to the pool is priority over paying parents who need care for their kids. Yes, you will still have to pay the full rate. (Full disclosure: Its the same thing for any of the field trips should you also have a problem with these). There has been little to no communication - parents received the summer paperwork two weeks after summer had already started. I was charged two different rates for the same week because my son was switching from Pre-K to School Age. It ended up being more than the full time rate for Pre-K, and I was not told this would be the case prior to it coming out of my account. My son attended the Downtown Willoughby location for years - never had this many issues (DTW was great - 10/10 recommend)! But now that he is school aged its a different story. On the flip side, I will say is that the staff are good people and my son seems to enjoy his time here. I also appreciate the use of the Procare app, which allows me to see photos of my son during the day.

I love love love the director Mrs.Cheryl she loves every kid there like her own! Mr.Dom and Mr.Cam have been so great for both my children! Highly recommend for school agers!
