Little Scholars Christian Academy has been an absolute blessing for our family. Our son attended preschool here through 2025, and the preparation he received for kindergarten was remarkable. When he entered Maryville City Schools, his kindergarten teacher immediately asked if he had gone to Little Scholars—she could tell by how confident and well-prepared he was! The curriculum, Abeka, is fantastic. They truly focus on foundational reading and writing skills, and it shows. But what sets Little Scholars apart even more is the love and care the teachers pour into their students. We would often arrive at pickup time to find our son snuggled into the arms of one of his teachers, completely content. That level of warmth and connection is priceless—especially for our adopted son, who struggled with separation anxiety. They supported him with such patience, compassion, and understanding that he bloomed in their care. Communication was excellent as well. We received daily photos and updates, which always gave us peace of mind. Our son was consistently well cared for—clean, happy, and excited about his day. He especially loved their playground. It’s exceptionally nice, safe, and well equipped, and quickly became one of his favorite places. Another thing we appreciated is their wonderful teacher-to-student ratios. Little Scholars is not just a daycare—it’s truly a preschool focused on nurturing early learning and emotional development. Their end-of-year recital was the perfect example: beautifully put together and such a confidence-building experience for our son. He was SO proud of himself! We cannot recommend Little Scholars Christian Academy highly enough. They poured love, structure, learning, and joy into our son’s life during such formative years. We’re forever grateful.

Horror Storys from my kid telling me how they allow other children to act. This is the problem with daycares nowadays, they’re greedy for money and under pay their staff by far more than anyone of you guys could believe if I told you. And greedy by not telling the bad parents their kids can’t come till they’re potty trained and don’t spit and bite other children in their classes, happened too many times from what I’ve heard my kid say. Other daycares out there have rules before children can come and I highly advice looking for those instead of this place❤️

We know the owner and she runs a first class, safe and educational childcare school located in the heart of Maryville Tn surrounded by 7+ acres
