I relocated to Minnesota about 8 months ago with my 3 year old daughter and found this center right near my home. I am very pleased with how her education has progressed during the time we have been here. The teachers take the time to know all of the kids and form special relationships with everyone. My daughter is a bit of a crier when I leave her and the staff always makes sure to give her a little love so she is more comfortable. I love the convenience of the location and the outdoor play space they let the children enjoy. It really has been a great transition for us!

My son attended for LLM for about 6 months. The first 2 months went fairly smooth. Then there were incidents were everytime I picked my son up he had a change of clothes and the excuse was always that he urinated too much during nap time. According to the daily connect, my son wore the same pull-up for over 5-6 hours . Once confronted everything seemed to go downhill. His toddler teacher didn't greet me, make eye contact, was very short and didn't seem to want to be bothered when I asked questions. Very unprofessional and It was extremely uncomfortable for me. My sons nose was always full of snot and boogers upon arrival to the point where the director said it wasn't acceptable. They provided snack for the toddlers around 3pm but everytime I picked my son up around 5 he was always asking for food like he never ate which is ok, some kids eat more. I always provided snacks for my son and it was never an issue. Then one day I came during nap time and left him a snack for when he woke up. That next morning I found his fresh apples, juice, and nuggets thrown in his cubby. The juice was spilled all on his drawings and the perishables were left in his cubby overnight! When I asked the toddle teacher why wasn't he able to eat the food left for him all of a sudden or why not atleast store his snack in the refrigerator like they do for the other students she simply told me "those are the new rules and if you have questions talk to the director and I'm not the one who put the food in his cubby so idk" in a rude tone while looking at her iPad. I didnt like nor appreciate how Myself and child were treated. However, I do like how diverse the center is and my son loved his friends .

I was really hoping for this place to work out, it was close and reasonably priced. We had our 1 1/2 year old there for only 3 weeks and found the majority of the staff to be unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. I had no problem with the main toddler teachers, it was more the staff "in charge". After a few issues we came across I stressed that I wanted to talk to the Director, which apparently isn't possible. She only pops in once, maybe twice briefly during the day, and never cared to call me about my concerns. I had to tell everything to one of the teachers to relay to the Director which then got a response back a few days later through the teacher again. I told the teacher on a monday that the next week was our last. A few days later she said "the director said you need to give the 2 week WRITTEN notice" and that me verbally telling her in person didn't count. At that point I was fed up with the communication and pulled my son out the next day. I expected some sort of a call from somebody there after that, but nope, still never heard from them. They did go ahead and take our security deposit and withdraw another weeks tuition from our account which was not deserved. This place may work for some people, but for those who like a lot of communication with the school I wouldn't recommend, which is too bad for the two teachers(one of which was leaving) we liked there.

My daughter's experience with this school was beyond excellent. During her time there she was kept busy and she was never bored. The teaching staff taught her Math that surpassed what she is doing now in first grade. When I say surpassed, I mean she was adding and subtracting double digit numbers including "carrying the one" addition. She was also beginning to read. The overall atmosphere is relaxed, but education is definitely a strength here. Highly recommended.

My son has been attending LLM for about 6 months now. I love this school for him very much. He came in at 2 with very little speech, not a lot of interaction between other kids. He is learning so much and has been talking non stop now. I can't believe at 2 he knows his whole alphabet and he also know the sounds of most of the letters. There is sometimes a communication between staff and the director, however I have learned that is common in most places because of the shear amount of children and parents. I have also share the important information with his teachers and the director to make sure that everyone involved knows what is going on when it comes to my son and his needs and safety. LLM has been very accommodating for my family needs, they have worked well with us going through some family issues and allowing my sons father to pick him up and drop him off when its his weekends. I love that they have security codes for each pick up person and at the door. THis really makes me feel comfortable dropping him off. They just started a new "program" in the toddler rooms through the app daily connect. There was a couple issues with my sons but it was resolved very quickly and professionally. This app allows me to see when my son is napping, eating how often he is changed when he goes potty on the potty. I really enjoy this aspect while I am at work - I ask about a million and 1 questions when I pick him up, did he eat? did he sleep? Did he go potty? hows he playing with others? WHich toddlers are his friends? Overal I couldn't have picked a better first daycare for my son and will not be taking him out any time soon.
