My 3 yr old step-son attends this preschool & I have nothing but wonderful things to say! From posting pictures in the app when he first started so that we didn't worry, to the teachers spending their own money to buy him birthday decorations. The new owner & entire facility is great with the kids, not to mention Ms Brooke & Ms Erika are wonderful!
I went in recently to take a tour of the daycare for my little one and it is under NEW ownership! The female I met with was the one running the place and she was very nice. She had one student with her that was about 7 or 8yrs old he clearly liked being with her but he wasnt much of a listener when she had asked him to do certain things to avoid interrupting our tour. But eventually she sent him into his class and he stood with the class. The infant room was very nice and easy small sized. Not many babies & toddlers in the room. But only thing that bothered me was having to going in to the infants room through another class room but she did notify me during our tour that they were soon going to change the entrance/exit for easier access of the parents and they will also be updating the sign in/out sheet to electronic sign in/out. Prior owner to the daycare was very old school had everything done by paper and and gave a horrible service to the other parent which led to bad reviews. But its under NEW ownership, lets give her a change to change it and give the parents what we need.. TRUST, HONESTY, RESPECT and CARE for our little ones! ❤️
My kids love this place, Miss Brooke is awesome when it comes to making reports about my daughters day. They always go in happy and leave happy.
Love them! They keep you updated several times through the day about your child to ensure you their doing okay.
Was the first time for my babies at a daycare and this was the only place I found with opening space for them also the worst first experience….. first of all they were not even nice enough to walk me and tell me the things the kids needed every day they just gave me a whole package of paperwork to fill out and call me everyday at noon my 3 yr old boy was nose bleeding which was not normal for him to bleed every single day specially at nap time weird and they kept on calling me out of work to pick my kids up because they did not wanted to take a nap and sit in a mat they are just kids and first experience in a daycare was the worst my.little ones lost weight in the week and scared of this place ….. finally found another daycare which everyone is nice and detailed explained rules and things needed for them they are happy to attend the new daycare nothing compare to bad first experience we had at little Jems …… I personally did not like it at all not even they place itself looks not nice either ….. to finish up the second day they called me out of work I couldn’t get out and asked my mother in law to pick them up and they were not asked for an ID and the last day daddy picked them up he had to go back home and get his ID which is kind of weird why would they let the kids go with people without Asking for an ID
