I'm a first time parent and when I decided it was time to enroll my child in daycare of course I had to interview sites first. I walked in at 10:30 am and told her that I would like to meet with the director for a few questions about enrolling my child, she answered that I should have called because she was very busy and that she could give me 2 min. I asked what was her child to teacher ratio and she actually snapped at me. Then said something about not wanting to be rude but she's very busy. Needless to say, I decided against this location.
