I walked into the bottom of this "daycare" To a woman screaming at the older children, and when she saw me she said " HEY SHUT UP there is a parent in here!" I was blown away! It was disgusting. I also went to pick up my niece who is upstairs, and she as plastered against a wall. None of the adults were actually watching the children, and they didn't ask me for ID. The owner also asked me if I was there to pick up other children. I was so confused. I have never stepped foot in such a horrible place. I have worked in child care and this place needs to be shut down quickly. My niece is now traumatized from this facility and we had to pull her out. When the owner was asked as to why my niece is now so afraid to go there all that she did was blame my FOUR year old niece and nothing about her in the wall basement facility. Instead of trying to help she was extremely rude. Please NEVER send your child to this "Jail"
